I initially wrote a review a couple weeks out and was happy with the front desk support and the dr. join. Two years out and still happy with my double eye lid surgery

Beware , doctor under medical board review after my surgery fiasco

My young daughter got an double eyelid suture and Epicanthoplasty from this doctor. He made mistakes on both procedures. The eye fold turned out uneven and he even cut one corner too deep that it exposes her tear duct on just one side. She now has scars and her sutures are coming loose. He wanted to take her under the knife for the 3rd time for $500 to correct his mistake but I declined. I demanded a refund and he ignored me. I do not recommend this doctor. He did this to a child's face and never even reached out to me to find a solution.

Dr. Choi and his staff are attentive, friendly, and provide genuine care for their patients. I was referred by Dr. Turpin's office and felt comfortable immediately. He's a professional does an amazing job. Brenda has excellent communication skills she always made me feel important and is very personable.

I'm super happy with my results. Dr.Choi was attentive and did exactly what I wanted. Not once did he or his staff pressure me into doing other things that I did not want (I had a horrible "consultation" with a prior surgeon) before deciding on Choi. The nurses: Brenda, Liz and Phi Phi were super helpful and answered all my questions pre and post op. They even texted me to see how I was doing. I am very happy that I did my procedure with Dr. Choi.

My breast implant procedure went horribly wrong with Dr.Choi. The consultation discussed the procedure to remove my implants and lift up. He showed pictures of prior procedures and assured me that he is confident and showed pictures of success from prior patients (of course, he only selected pictures of the success stories and not the ones that went horribly wrong). After the procedure, I was in extreme pain daily which I thought was part of the healing process . However along with my excruciating pain, I had no sensation on both of my breast. The scars at the T section still remain as of this writing which is now one and a half month ago (lots of disgusting puss). And my right breast looks good, however my left side is sunken in (top 50% of my breast). Very noticeable and I feel to this day.. a part of me was taken away from this doctor. I no longer have self esteem due to this dis-figurement and cry every night when I take a shower and see my breasts. At my post surgery follow up which was a month after the surgery, the only solution the doctor provide was to go thru this excruciating pain and re-implant at my cost and pain. At this point, I saw the doctor showing a small smirk on his face and I concluded that he does not care at all about his patients. The 5 stars on his review is very deceptive. I plan to pursue him in court for medical mal-practice. Please, please reconsider any procedures with this doctor.

What can I say about Dr. Choi, his services, and his excellent team?! There’s not enough words to explain how great their customer service is, how patient he is with all of the questions that I ask about my aesthetic options, and how nice/clean/sanitized their office is. I see Dr. Choi for injections and the way that he does it, is conservative and is not aggressive. He will walk you through what you want to achieve and will take things step-by-step. If you’re curious about surgery, injections, fillers, skin care options… This is the place!

This is the most amazing staff I have ever encountered. The office is always so relaxed. They even play classical music while you wait. Everyone is so friendly and I never have to wait long to see the doctor. After my surgery, the staff called to check on me. They are the best!!!

I've been coming to Dr. Choi for my Nose filler 3 years ago. He did it so good I decided to come back for the real deal which is Nose surgery and the result is beyond expectation. My friends and family love it. I love it! Nobody would be able to tell that I have nose job done. He's very throughout and knowledgeable about face structure and answer all of my questions. Today I came back for my face injections (smile line, lips, and chins) and I had really bad experiences about lip filler in the past due to the pain it gave me. But he did it with mile to no pain I'm in shock! I'm so in love with the result, considering I'm a difficult person with my look and choices. He made me happy every time I come. Thanks Dr. Choi. And Also, all of the nurses here are so welcoming and sweet, I love coming here!!
