In my ten years at UCI Health I have never experienced such inattentive and poor service. I arrived at 9:44 for a 9:40 appointment and was turned away… for being 4 min late! I told them I was willing to cede 4 minutes of my 20 min appointment and Dr Tram rejected it… now I have to reschedule or find some other solution. I’m a type 1 diabetic experiencing Covid symptoms and wanted to be examined and tested. Thanks a lot for nothing Dr Tram.

What an absolute nightmare!!!! You cannot call his office to make an appointment. All of his numbers go to "Screeners" The screeners want all of your info including health ins. before they will let you know if there is an appointment available. I am not comfortable giving all my confidential information to what sounds like a Phillipino call center I have never had a good experience with UCI

Phone calls are rarely answered I had to sxhedule using mychart by messaging GP directly

The ladies at the desk where especially helpful, kind, nice, very professional our, the nurse was very good. She answered all my questions, she was an exceptional nurse, and as for Dr. Kenneth Tram, he's the best. I've never had better, I give him the highest rating you have. I thank him for all that he does to explain and to answer questions and to be very good about making sure we get all of them answered. Thank you. Have a good day. Bye.

Dr Tram was an expert experian doctor. He spent a lot of time to explaining my health problem until I understood. It's hard to find another doctor who looks like Dr. Tram. Both me and my wife really appreciated Dr. Tram.

Dr. Wang initially said we would use Zoom to communicate regarding my MRI results. But when I tried to make that appt I was told I had to come into the office which wasn't convenient or necessary as I was only back in town this week and he was only available Th, my moms 80th bday. So our bday festivities had to b worked around a 2:45 dr. appt. At this appt I was told there was really no change in my shoulder over 2 years so surgery was not recommended. Although I appreciated reviewing the imagery with Dr. Wang, this visit could have been handled with a video chat - and it would have occurred weeks sooner. I'm very disappointed that was not an actual option.
