Dr. Shah is highly personable, thoughtful and professional. He did a great job explaining to me both my medical situation and the corresponding recommended procedure. I had two surgeries with Dr. Ketan Shah and it was a wonderful experience. He was good at answering my questions and relieved any worries I might have had and always got back to me quickly when I called with any questions.

Dr. Ketan Shah is an extremely intelligent and exceptionally well qualified Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist! He is meticulously well organized and empathic with his patients. He is very thorough and demonstrates a great sense of responsibility for the quality of his practice. Upon being introduced to him, he ensured that I understood my condition(s), educated me on how to move forward, recommended options, and conducted a through screening prior to making a decision on having a CTIF procedure. Dr. Shah explained all aspects of his plans in a way that I truly understood and felt very comfortable with my choice(s). Fast forward to 5 months since my CTIF surgery; I am no longer taking PPI medication, I have not experienced heartburn related symptoms, and I continue to improve in all aspects of GERD related problems to include restful sleep with very minimal adjustable bed positioning. Dr. Shah is the BEST - I would highly recommend him to anyone suffering from GERD!

Dr. Shah is a fantastic gastroenterologist. I was first introduced to him in the hospital due to gallbladder issues and stones in the bile duct. He is one of the few that can perform an ERCP procedure. He is a great communicator, calling me several times before the procedure to fully explain it and what to expect. I loved him soo much I requested he perform my colonoscopies going forward and I was soo happy I did that. He explained everything and made the process soo very smooth and dare I say as enjoyable as possible. Moving forward i will look to Dr. Shah for all my gastrointestinal needs and suggest everyone do the same. I was not disappointed nor will you be.

I am extremely grateful for Dr. Shah and his team for helping me get through my colonoscopy! This was my second colonoscopy with him. I always have a lot of anxiety about this procedure because my system cannot handle the standard prep. He was extremely helpful, caring, and compassionate about making a plan that would work for me. If it wasn't for him, I would have put my colonoscopy off for at least another year, which could have been to my detriment. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him and his skills! He is an amazing doctor and I highly recommend him!
