One of the best doctors I have been to on his field. Very responsive and very detailed about diagnosis and communication. After 8 doctors in the county very satisfied with him. Thank you Dr. Tran and his staff!!!

This doctor has the most INCOMPETENT, ghetto, ignorant, brain dead office staff I've ever heard of. WOW.I have a voicemail from: Jackie, who states:"You didn't call me back immediately so I canceled your appointment that's in 4 days from now ..."Who does that moron think she is? A doctor? Lol. wow! Thats the worst customer service I've ever had in my life. That's not service first of all. Completely lack of professionalism. How his office hired her is beyond me. Completely rude. I have the voicemail Doctor Tran, I'd love for you to give me a call DIRECTLY so you can hear how your ghetto staff calls people - and negatively represents you. I've never met you doctor, but you just lost a customer/patient due to your rude incompetent staff. I've NEVER heard of any doctors office treating patients that way. Pretty disgusting behavior. Your staff should be ashamed of herself. I had four days until my appointment. There is no excuse for her behavior ... I'm not going to apologize for not immediately returning a call especially when I had more than enough time to return my call. I'm looking forward to sharing the voicemail - from your extremely rude staff - to EVERYONE I know. It's actually very pathetic ...

Worst doctor ever. Horrible office and making me pay 3 tines or a made up appointment that I never made or went. Being harassed by horrible office staff for 3 years to triple pay for a stupid appointment I never made. Horrible doctor!!!!! Never go to this horrible office. I saw Dr Tran once and thought just average doctor. The follow-up was disaster. I wasn't impressed and didn't even make another appointment. He gave me lab order that I never filled since was not planning to go back. I got a call months later than I missed an appointment that I hadn't made. I complained but they demanded to get paid for an appointment I did NOT make and they never confirmed. Finally, I sent them a check that they still demand I owe them. Unbelievable the extent a doctor goes to collect 2+ times for a visit that didn't happen. Don't go to this office!!!

Took me almost a year to find the right Endocrinologist. After several other doctors in the field I felt the service, ethics, honesty, and business professionalism was not in line with industry standards. Until I found you Dr. Tran I really appreciate your hard work and detail of service you provide all your patience. Your one in a billion and wish were more like you!

Terrible office. They made an follow-up appointment for me without telling me and charged me for missed appointment. I paid and had insurance but for more than 3 years harassing me to triple pay. Stay away from this horrible office and doctor. They just want to rip you off. No service.

Horrible office. They have very bad service and overcharge for appointments that you don't even know about. I have been forced to triple pay for office visit for appointment that I didn't make for more than 3 years. Abusive and harrassing office. STAY AWAY FOR THIS OFFICE. They will rip you off.

Disaster experience. Had one appointment and decided not to go back. They charged me for an appointment that I didn't make, they didn't confirm. Finally, I sent a check to get them off my back but they still call and expect double payment. Don't ever go to this doctor.

This is not a review for Dr. Tran. It is a review for his office staff. I got new insurance and my old doctor is no longer in-network so I had to find a new one. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Tran. However, before I made the appointment I wanted to make sure that he was in-network with our insurance. The front office staff would not confirm if he was in-network. They said they will only confirm 3-days before the appointment and that the next appointment was 2 month away. Also they would not set up an appointment unless I transferred them my medical records. So they want me to go through all the trouble of setting up an appointment which is 2 months away and will then tell me 3-day before the appointment if Dr. Tran is in-network with my insurance. This seems completely asininely backwards to me.

Dr. Tran is perfect. He gives the best care by educating his patients the way every doctor should be doing it. He shows care and attention to his patients' needs. He saved my husband's life. The staff provides an excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
