Went for Dexa scan. Untrained technician did the scan. She didn't know how to place my feet or setup for the scan. Also, they had new machine . This is hard for Drs to compare results to previous years scan because its different technology and results vary. Should have told me that when I made the reservation. Had to get another scan at another facility due to tech lack of training and bad images my physician received. Also, very long wait times to make appointment. Over 15 mins is toooo long.
My mom takes my dad here for his CT scans. Every time that she goes the receptionist won't allow her to stay with my dad who has alzheimers. She makes my mom wait outside and never let's her know when my dad is ready to leave. So my dad just ends up sitting in the waiting area after his scan with no idea why he's there or that it's ok for him to leave, because he has alzheimers and forgets what they tell him. You would think as a medical company they would understand that someone with alzheimers can't be given instructions then left alone. So thanks for forcing my mom to stand outside wonder if he's done yet and if they told him anything while he's in there. At least whatever secrets they tell my dad are safe with him.
The receptionist wasn’t competent. Asked me a bunch of questions, had issues writing it down and got annoyed. I just cancelled and hung up, went to another business without attitude.
How does this place do business?Their setup is really weird. You get an automated call telling you to call in. They don't have anyone who will speak to you to do the scheduling. This would be acceptable, if not for the fact that no one picks the phone! You are stuck with an automated system for 10 mins and then are disconnected. I have tried many times to schedule some, but I have not been able to speak to anyone.I even was told by the "chat agent" that someone would call me, but after many days, no one has.I don't believe they want my business.
Worst service ever! Seems like they don’t want to work at all. Very slow, not helpful at all. I called 4 times and I was hung up on twice, I even gave a call back number and never did they give me a call back.
Wave imaging is the worst on any kind of customer service. They constantly harass you on the phone. They call you and make you wait in a queue to talk to them when it's them calling you. They also have you on hold prior to them closing at 5:00 and don't say anything about them actually being closed but keep the conversation going on there and saying you're important to them they'll answer the phone shortly. There has to be a better way to deal with customers then pissing them off and harassing them continuously. This is a horrible horrible horrible place if you have any other place you can go definitely I would recommend have your doctor find a different place for you to go unless you want complete harassing phone calls for days on end even after you tell them you've already made the appointment and it's already done they will still contact you and harass you to set up the appointment you already made.
I’ve been on hold to schedule an appointment for an MRI for 1 hour and 50 mins no one picks up! Shame on you for wasting people’s time.
We had completed all the paperwork before, even checked in before we came to front desk 5 minutes before our appointment time. The front desk didn't call us as they were backed up and blame us saying that we were late and wouldn't take us. They say we need to come before our appointment time 20 minutes. No one told us.
Almost everything was great . The tech was awesome explained everything that was going on especially when your in there because you were diagnost with cancer and scared. The wait was fast had me in pretty quick. Now comes the bad. The billing department is horrible I paid my co pay and then months later I kept getting called wanting to know if this was Tim Keller I ask who it was? They kept asking me for personal info to verify it was me. I kept asking how this was and what was it pertaining too. They said they can't tell me until I gave them my info. This went on for months and I would just hang up if they would not tell what it was about.and were very rude. Well finally someone called and explained and yes I owed a ballance because the charged me the wrong amount for my co pay . Let them know to fix the bill reflecting the money I already paid and I would pay the balance. Well still nothing and now they threatening me to sent it to collection. I try to look them up but they have so many name changes. Like Wave Imagine, Beverly Imagine, Orange Imaging, and there was one more I forget.. who are these people. It's a shame because the techs and office staff were so nice and I will ask my Dr to send me elsewhere next time what a nightmare.
They charged me $535.76 up front & didn’t bill my insurance. I have reached out-of-pocket which I should not pay that amount. Tried to call rep to fix. They are so rude, useless anyway. I called my bank.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
