Easy to find great customer service

Clean space nice customer service made me feelComfortable easy to find the area had an ultrasound appointment had to be on a full bladder not easy but here I am

Although I've been to this location a couple of times prior to this recent visit, the visits were not as disastrous as this latest one. The technician, whose name was Charlie, treated me as if I was a trash bag that had just fallen from the sky. He never used phrases such as 'Thank You', 'Please', 'Take Your Time' and so on. Instead they were dictatorial military style commands that were extremely insulting. Although I had advised him of my existing body pains and the difficulty in moving too fast on the table, it had simply fallen onto deaf ears. When the exams were complete this person wouldn't even bother to give me anything to clean my mouth which was completely covered in white due to the solution I was given to drink during the exam. Fortunately, when I was exiting the receptionist saw it and handed over some tissue paper. This Charlie dude never returned the mask he took from me when I entered the exam room either. How people like him are able to maintain positions in such public service environments is beyond me. They should get the hell out and make the position available to a more deserving human being.

Been here 3 times and have had to reschedule or leave from them being incompetent to keep my appointment! They never have an X-ray tech staffed all 3 times I have shown up for one and the ultrasound tech department suck at being on time the 3 times I've went in for one as well ! I have little ones i have to find babysitters for these appointments and they just keep totally wasting my time! Beyond frustrated with this establishment!

Aquí no tienen técnico… Tres veces he ido para X-rays, nunca esta el técnico y no dan cita ahí ni por teléfono , meses tratando de hacer una cita en línea , y siempre . me da error .🤬 Y es mentira que atienden sin cita . Puse una queja con mi aseguranza, y dijeron que yo nunca había estado ahí . 👎🏿 ESTE LUGAR NO ES RECOMENDABLE!!! Si no tienes cita , no te atienden , también le dijeron a mi aseguranza que yo nunca había estado ahí .🤬 EN ESTOS LUGARES NO ATIENDEN SIN CITA Y TIENEN PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL PACIENTE!!! NI PIERDAN SU TIEMPO . NO ES RECOMENDABLE!!!

I haven't even been there yet and the customer service is horrible! They called me less than 24 hours before my appointment to reschedule my CT scan. They lied and said my Dr changed the order. When in fact Wave imaging scheduled it wrong. I verified this with my Dr. The diagnosis code was missing from the form. He DID NOT change the order. They claimed that it would take much longer with contrast so they had to reschedule. I've had enough CT scans to know maybey takes 10 more. I requested the manager to call to explain why I was lied to? They of course never did. Then when trying to verify my rescheduled appointment time I was on hold for over 15 minutes and no one ever answered the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible customer service. They would be held liable if I still have my kidney abscess and had to be hospitalized for it being undiagnosed because of their scheduling error. Absolutely don't recommend going here.

Update- made an appointment for this site, hoping to maybe catch an X ray tech at this x ray lab. They told me I had an appointment for Irvine. I showed them the proof that my appointment was with them. They rescheduled me and made me wait an extra hour beyond what my schedule was for. Have tried to get x rays here during some foot surgery on several occasions and there is never an x ray tech on site???

Terrible service. Terrible organization. I went for an open MRI procedure and waited 6 weeks for an open MRI appointment to open up- They did a closed MRI instead and didn't realize their mistake until I was checking out. I am still getting invoices with different amounts each time. I contacted my insurance carrier and they told me their billing is wrong. Their billing department is absolutely a mess and they are now actually getting into fraudulent billing practices- It's very shameful of them

Very professional and polite staff. The ultrasound technician Brenda was delightful and make me feel very comfortable.

My appointment was rescheduled without informing me twice - at the Lakewood & Downey locations. When I eventually got to my appointment I was then informed the time was changed and had to wait. Awful.
