I believe the doctor and eye exam deserve 5 stars but as we know in a customer service-based business, your first impression is the front office. New to this office and my new insurance, I went in for a cataract exam. Thankfully my eyes are not bad enough to warrant surgery. I know my insurance doesn't pay much but I feel I was not given any information on the follow up. I need a new set of prescription reading glasses, that's what I was told by the ophthalmologist but was never given any prescription or follow up option. I come to find out after calling their office (very difficult to get a hold of a live person), I was told that if I needed a prescription, I would have to schedule another appointment and depending on the prescription, I may have to pay out of pocket. That's fine but I wish they would have told me before. It really is about reimbursement but if you're the patient, it really is about good customer service. I can pay out of pocket; I just wasn't told what I needed to do. We learn by our mistakes and hopefully this complaint is helpful for the next patient needed good follow up. Oh, I was offered eye drops and eye relief mask which I purchases. Thank you

My mom and I went in for her cataracts. The ENTIRE staff were very friendly and professional from the beginning first visit, all the way through the surgery, and all follow up appointments. Thank you dr Sinchai for being patient and answering ALL our questions. The staff was very knowledgeable and calm. We appreciated their safety during these COVID times, and they kept their promise to keep us safe and not anxious. They delivered, and the surgery was a success.

Wife loves this doctor and he does great work. I was a little unhappy they make drivers wait in the parking lot and would not let me use the bathroom.

Have been bringing my mom to Dr. Sinchai and his team for many years and that are AWESOME! Always helpful and accommodating. She just completed cataract surgery on both eyes and again the whole office has been super helpful with the whole process. From scheduling pre/post op appts., payment and billing arrangements and even the surgical center process, everything runs smoothly. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Sinchai and his team!

I've been going to Sinchai Eye Center for a few years now and I highly recommend them. The staff are always courteous and Dr. Sinchai and Dr. Kim are very patient and knowledgeable. They take the time to listen to me and explain my issues in detail making sure I understand what is going on and and what is the best treatment. I never feel like I'm just a number and that is much appreciated. Thank you Dr. Sinchai and staff!

I have been seeing Dr. Sinchai and Dr. Kim for last couple years. I really like both doctors. I can ask them any concerns without hesitation. They care about me. Their front office staff and technicians are professional and friendly.

Dr. Sinchai and Dr. Kim are the best! Lauren was a great help in scheduling my cataract surgery. The entire office staff in very professional & provided me with detailed instructions as to what to expect before, day of and after surgery. I had such a positive experience I have scheduled my other eye to be done in a few weeks.

Predatory billing practices. Made an appointment for me a year out and when they text me about it I responded "no" but then, a week later, I received $125 bill in the mail for a "no show." Even if it was legit, which it is not, $125 is excessive.
