Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange's Online Review Report Card

I’m disabled and wanted to visit my sister in the hospital. Due to no valet which doesn’t make sense and the amount of walking I would have to do it was impossible. I work for a different healthcare group and would never use Providence as a healthcare provider. While the patient is the most important person the people visiting them need to be valued too. Please bring back valet to all your hospitals. It is a valuable service and is appreciated.

Being in the hospital is likely in the top 5 of the places you never want to be. I’ve been a patient far too many times for my liking, but there is not a hospital I’d rather be at if I had to than St. Joseph’s. What a blessing this place and everyone who works there is! Excellent experience at this hospital. Everyone from the staff, technicians, nurses, to the doctors were compassionate, completely professional, knowledgeable and caring people. I left the hospital in peace with my condition and know, like my cardiac arrest and brain injury of six years ago, this experience is a blessing and gift from God to learn lessons, grow, and have gratitude for. I wish and pray all the patients can leave feeling the gratitude and peace I felt the last times I’ve been admitted from the ER to the hospital and got healthy enough to leave. Providence St Joseph hospital orange is a very good place to go when you need help they have helped a lot of people who need care they are very well aware of situations if you need to being taken care of or if you have an emergency you can go there and they will take good care of you.

Everybody at Saint Joseph’s Hospital was great. This is my third surgery in the last three years and my experience has been great each time. Thank you for hiring great people. 🙏

I’m speaking out for my mom. I am so disappointed. My mom is in a negative pressure room. I don’t see the staff check on her. She his hit the call light and nobody has come to see what the Hell is going on😐 you could be dead or maybe fail on the floor. She is supposed to be turned and I have not seen the staff come in to turn her. My daughter was here the other night and said the same thing. I am truly heartbroken. Normally I never do these surveys. But now I am very Angry!

We received the best care from the nurses, technicians and Doctors at St. Joseph's Hospital!

I needed emergency treatment for my heart, hypertension, liver, leukemia, lupus anemia, kidney disease and fainting while driving due to illness.I came into the hospital that night because I fell asleep driving I needed immediate hospitalization. I requested to speak to the hospital Chaplin due to being a long term humble missionary because I was being rejected by the supervising nurse Emily due to my race. Our head missionary's death who was my mother had me also in mourning, My race seemed to be a problem for the head nurse Emily so to get rid of me, she angrily had me to drive to a church that she knew at that late hour of the night was closed and the parking lot empty. So I staggered back to the hospital with fainting spells with my blood pressure and heart rate extremely abnormal and was admitted with my Medicare insurance into the hospital. Well angry head nurse Emily found out so she sent two violent security guards to force me out of my bed while my fainting spell had me in a deep sleep. So I tried to stand and fell, so the other angry Mexican security officer said don't help her, so I humbly struggled to get on their wheelchair. I called the police to get help because I'm still humble but clueless. A tall white female supervisor came outside and approach the officers and told them a fabricated lie saying that I was passing out flyers all over the hospital. I was too sick to pass out flyers. I hope this review gets to the Chaplin and find out why he went along with this discrimination because he responded by saying I was never a patient in the hospital.
