Neither the doctor nor the office staff are responsible. Appointments are rescheduled repeatedly and the lady in the office hangs up the phone on her own. Avoid going there.

Dr. Montgomery is an excellent doctor who I highly recommend if you are considering varicose vein surgery. He is very professional and listens to your needs as a patient. Dr. Montgomery is very competent as a surgeon. The surgery center is easy to access and has plenty of parking. Dr. Montgomery's office is spacious, and he has a good office staff. Great doctor overall!

Montgomery cancelled my appointment AFTER I arrived on time at his office. His staff was very embarrassed by this situation, and finally Montgomery himself came out to explain his reasons for cancelling. Bottom line, this doctor is a jerk.

After two appointments he has been 45 minutes late and 1 hour late. Both appointments lasted 5 minutes. When you start as a new patient you sign a form that you will be on time. He makes no attempt to do so. Very disrespectful.
