Sarah O'loughlin's Online Review Report Card

Dr O’Loughlin is very personable with my baby and handles her very well. She spends a decent amount of time with us and gives useful suggestions and written advice in the follow up notes which is helpful to remember once we’ve gotten home.

My son and I were involved in a car accident back in January 2020. They sent the account to collections in November 2020. Even though the bill should’ve been sent to my attorney, I saw it appear as a collection on my report in 2021. I called and was informed an old address, which I had not loved at for 4 years prior to the accident was on file. I updated the address and was informed the collection would be pulled due to this error and I would be contacted to make the payment directly to the doctor’s billing department. I was told this could take a month or two. I never was contacted and just realized the collection was still there. I just called and was informed that due to the amount of time that has passed, they can no longer collect payment and payment must be submitted to the collection company.

It was our first visit to Dr. Loughlin. As a new born parent, we had a few questions and concerns. My daughter twitches during sleep. Dr. Loughlin’s response was “We all twitch”😡. She looked at my daughter with no care. Never taking my daughter to her. Absolutely not a good doctor to ask suggestions. Find a better doctor.

Amazing! Dr.O'Loughlin is wonderful! It was my first visit with my twins, and it was flawless. I was recommended to Dr.O'loughlin from several people, wish I would have found her sooner!! They took the absolute best care of both of my boys and everyone was so kind and gentle. After an issue with my boys insurance, they office staff had to re-fax documents several times and let me just say, they always had THE BEST attitude and were MORE than happy to re-fax whatever was needed. 5 stars! A++ Simply, the best! Thank you Dr.O and Staff! Xoxo

Dr. O'Loughlin is such a caring a loving doctor. She really cares about your child's health. She makes sure that you understand what in plain english what is wrong with your child. She takes the time to interact with your kids and she makes sure that she listens to what concerns you may have with your child and not just cut you off in the middle of your sentence (that's what my last ped did)

My husband and I set up a meet and greet with Dr. O'Loughlin as we're having out first child and wanted to ask some questions as we're in the interview process for a few pediatrians. As soon as she entered the room she was cold and acted as if we were wasting her time. I asked her questions about hours as we wanted to be sure we could reach someone if we had questions at odd hours and she laughed off not just that question but also my question about how they go about vaccinating. She made us feel like our questions were completely stupid and therefore we got up and walked out in the middle of talking to her because of her complete lack of compassion and just social etiquette. This is an exciting time for my husband and I and we just wanted to be sure we clicked with our pediatrician so this caught us completely off guard and I would NEVER recommend her. She was absolutely awful!
