I've been in Dr. Salmi's care for 3 years and I appreciate that he always listens to me and tries to find the appropriate route of care for my very specific needs.

Been seeing Dr. Salmi since I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2013. Very compassionate great bedside manner always listens and very understanding of my medical conditions. I would strongly recommend Dr. Salmi two my friends my family and any person with minor or serious medical problems. Since I normally practice homeopathic medicine he is always been very understanding of my concerns for taking Pharmaceuticals. Also, the staff at his office are very professional and courteous. I've never had to wait more than 15-20 minutes for any appointment.

Does not return calls despite repeated messages by hospital staff and case workers paging him. No coordination with patient's Primary care physician to coordinate prescription continuity or case history.

No, I will not as he did not understand my pain and frustration of my post-op pain, numbness, stiffness and my concerns that this might be a long term problem. He was quite chauvinistic and he could not handle me being a strong woman trying to get to the bottom a possible medical issue. Instead of addressing my concerns with compassion as he gave a 30 day notice and made me upset and cry with my pain and suffering. Rude!

I called to tell them I would be 5 mins late and they told me that they could maybe still domy appt. I understood that, but when I got into the room, the first thing he says to me is you're late. Not Hello or How are you or an introduction. Not to mention, my appointment was for a physical, and he rudely asked me, why are you here? (for the physical I booked A MONTH AGO?) And he REFUSED to do it because it was Friday!! Totally rude, ATROCIOUS bedside manner, clearly doesn't care.

The doctor and the office staff are very bad.. i have wasted my time waiting for some test to be done, then when i called them they forgot to send the request. please do not wast your time and choose other doctor with good staff

Dr.salmi is a good doctor and has been there for my family. On the other hand is his front office staff who are beyond incapable of completing or therefore doing anything. We had to wait a month for a paper to be approved because they kept forgetting to submit it and kept blaming it on the insurance place! They never called me to update me on anything and I had to call in every single time to get an answer out of them. They did not follow up on anything, and I felt like the employee doing all the work for them! Having worked in a medical office for a few years I know that patients tests and other items they need should be taken care of right away and followed up on. This would never happen at any place I have worked at. These girls need to be trained again and supervised. Their was no manager to talk to and when I asked to speak with our doctor they kept telling us he was not there. I don't know a doctor that isn't in the office for 3 weeks at a time. Very disappointed with their work.
