Dr. Milanchi and his office staff are absolutely wonderful! Very responsive to calls, emails and questions! He is thorough throughout consult, and surgery, never felt rushed and always.felt in the loop. Would DEFINITELY recommend him for anyone needing colorectal surgery. He is extremely skilled with excellent bedside manner. Thank You for taking such great care of my father in law!!

I had emergency colon surgery in February 2022. Mr. Milanchi was my assigned surgeron after I was discharged (8 nights at Hoag Newport). Dr. Milanchi was excellent in all respects during the 8 months the recover took until the 2nd corrective surgery. He was very clear as to what was gong on, answered all questions, and performed the 2nd surgery as well as I could have hoped. I would highly recommend him. His office staff is also great, on time, and they answer the phone when you call!

Absolutely the best! Such a great surgeon, so caring, knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and responsive. I knew he was good when the oncologist got excited to hear the surgeon is Dr. Milanchi! Then I knew he was excellent when all the nurses in the hospital said that they loved working with him because he returns their calls/messages within 5 minutes when other doctors are off and not to found after 7pm! I need surgery, Dr. Milanch is your BEST choice...hands down. Thank you, Dr. Milanchi, for all your hard work to make your patients feel better, both physically and emotionally.
