Physician was 30 minutes late. I was the first appointment that day. Of course, she didn't have time to do a physical so she sent me home to schedule another appointment. Instead of Providence, I recommend UCI. Much better healthcare providers.

Overall i'd recommend Dr. Sonja Abbassi and her staff. She and her team have always treated me with dignity and respect. Dr Abbassi always takes the time to answer all my questions. Very caring and professional all the time.

The doctor and nurse is good, but I thought the receptionist was rude and a bit lazy to not provide an answer to my questions. The doctor recommended a radiology screening, when I asked the receptionist if she could give me an estimate of the costs - she acted as if I acted a crazy question. She insisted that that information was not accessible to her, and would not be able to provide a number at all. I walked downstairs to the radiology department, and they were able to give me a cost estimate in 2 minutes. I probably won't be returning to this doctor's office - although Dr. Abbassi was very good! Your receptionist needs to put away her snooty attitude and work on her professionalism please! She put 0 effort into customer service.
