For the past month or so this facility became a regular visit for consultation with Dr Barrera to Infusion department for chemotherapy treatment and honestly, I'm very grateful for the outstanding service from medical treatment to customer service at check in just the whole team and staff are top service Dr. Barrera is one of the most kind, polite Dr's I had come across the level of respect and care he provides to his patients is outstanding unbelievable beyond my expectations, he truly cares about his patients he takes the proper time to go over treatment plans and medication asses the concerns and not only at his office but even by phone when you can will questions and concerns he will address he goes above and beyond he's truly a gem that is very passionate about his profession Elizabeth his assistant is very professional friendly and always caring about the patients and confident they provide blankets or drink as long with the other gentleman I can't remember his name he was there in our last visit But at any given time you need to get treatment for cancer this staff and facility is the place to go with 5 star service professionalism they go above and beyond, I'm very grateful for the service and treatment and care they have provided to give the best quality life ease free of pain

From Chemotherapy, Palliative Care and Oncology Dr’s they have the best service and treatment for cancer hands down the best place, however please make sure to get parking validation from staff

Be careful with prior authorizations. I recently had radiation treatment and they need help because my authorizations were not put in until I called to check on it (3 weeks after initial appointment) and after doing my PET and CT simulation, I am still waiting for approval. I’m concerned because everything is time sensitive. I wonder how often this happens. I gave a 4 star because the cancer center is usually awesome.

You have to pay for parking which is annoying, i asked if there's free parking available anywhere (i would walk) there is not. the doctor i saw was amazing, empathetic and listened.

Care is great! Parking is annoying. FYI, the rates seem crazy but having your ticket gives you $1 off Any visit on the cancer center side (left half of the building @ 1000 W La Veta) is validated (extra $2 off) by the desk. So typically $2 a visit but they really should do a pass for daily radiation treatment patients. But anything on the right half (1010 W La Veta) in the medical tower is just the $1 off.

Hope You have a Healthy/ier 2025 🧬 🏥👌 Many Health Care Providers 🩺 & types of innovative care. New treatments have really helped with my MLL leukemia treatments. Have heard many positive things about other patients Care Provides and treatment protocols. Again offer large variety of physicians and affiliations. Location is in 🧡 heart of OC 🍊 & The 22/5/55/57 Freeways are all within 2 miles or literally line the 22 freeway all along La Veta Ave in Orange CA. Easy to find on La Veta Ave since architecture so distinctive and made of reflective glass front and large pearl tower next to 22 freeway ON-Ramp & OFF-Ramp. St. Joseph Providence Hospital across street. My treatments were highly individualized due 2 being a doubled amputee from a 2017 bi-lateral AVN and having next generation dual prosthetic replacement of both femurs, hips, & also pelvis. Have received Peptides, Stem Cells , & Special car-t mono therapy... saved my life more than once. Absolutely incredible advancements currently available. Astonishing really! Fortunately the team has me in 4 yrs of remission due 2 all their wonderful efforts and tons of precious time they devoted. Every day is a gift:)) Thank You Physicians really care. The Provider Network surrounding within just the 3 mile radius from Cancer Center is among best in the nation. They listen and give time. Great to get everything done in 1 day even for acute, chronic, or traumatic patients...like a vertical business. Extremely time efficient and beneficial to overall health. Much easier to be a good patient with all the services and physicians in same area or building 🏢. Specialty referral offices are so futuristic. Honestly can't believe all they have been able to accomplish on my and others behalf. They provide a team of advocates in every aspect of care. From nutrition/brain mapping/ Facial reconstruction surgeries, learning to walk and talk again. The aftercare training was key & applied very wide scope of care. The help with care providers, after care, and logistics was stellar! Also helped us find phenomenal home health providers and long term nurse that is like Family now The parking and greeting staff are extremely empathetic and show desire to help. Great with directions inside building. Fyi- Quest Testing center inside on 1st floor. Bring ID cuz the kiosks use them as a form of "check-in." btw- sumtimes the machines don't register IDs. Fortunately the staff is helpful. Valet parking and turnabout with really cool contemporary fountain ⛲. Staff shows they are eager to help folks in and out and do it very safely IMHO. Also know how to operate disabled vehicles plus the mobility accessories & add-ons. Help with wheelchairs, walkers, & canes 2. Kindly Tip well then well if able please. They tolerate a lot & also very speedy. Large parking 🅿️ structure. Hope You all feel better!

Wonderful people to deal with and a lovely spotlight setting for a very stressful time in your life. I will especially like to thank Bobby for being so exceptionally good at her job. I highly recommend this team.
