List of St. Joseph Hospital - Orange Radiology And Imaging Services's Reviews
The doctors and staff are amazing. It's the business part of the hospital system that frustrates me. They use to have a place where you can just come in to get your labs done. This was great because then I didn't have to accompany my parents, Now because of the labcorp system, they are not able to go get labs themselves. I even had to help other elderly customers sign in. The hospital saving money with less staff has put more of the burden on families. If labcorp could actually have a person at the front desk to help check in, that would be helpful. I would recommend ohsu over providence system if you have elderly family members who get labs often, can't read or write in English, or have little info in working electronics/computers.
If you are in need of a high quality MRI that is state-of-the-art, you go to St. Joseph Hospital Outpatient Pavillion. It is the one of the most clean and accessible facilities you could access. Not only does this pavilion have a radiology department, there is also a pharmacy (which dispenses most medication to the hospital directly but you can also go here to pick it up), as well as blood testing here with a phlebotomy department. The technicians are mostly competent here and friendly. With an appointment, you are in and out of here on time. Which leads me to the only criticism of this pavilion. You are charged for parking. There used to be validation for parking (or so I heard) if you visited the facility. Unfortunately, there are no other parking available as St. Joseph Hospital is situated alongside CHOC so most of the surrounding locale is full. Even when I was an EMT dropping off emergent patients for both CHOC and St. Joseph, there were barely any parking for the ambulances! All-in-all, I would still come despite the mandatory parking fee even with a handicapped placard because the facility is worth it (compared to other places like Los Alamitos).
My parents signed up for Providence Elder Care program ( PACE). If you love your aging parents, DO NOT use this program. It has been a true nightmare to get vital care. They do not return calls, they have been a roadblock every step of the way. I could share so many issues, but it would take far to long. I’m just hoping to let everyone know that this is a horrible program with zero benefits. PLEASE KEEP OUR VULNERABLE AGING FAMILY MEMBERS SAFE AND STAY AWAY FROM PACE ELDER CARE!!!
saved my life... what else might I write except they didn't enquire about insurance / money of as anything else until determined I was stable. Nursing staff, social services , physical therapy , emergency room staff , security , housekeeping staff and if you end up here make sure to get double serving of their pancakes / eggs / sausage breakfast. Thank all of you ....
I've been going to the hospital for many years because of cancer treatment and for a couple of operations. This hospital has the nicest understanding and caring staff and the facility is so clean and everybody there tries to help you if you need something. I've been to many hospitals in my 88 years and none of them as literally perfect as St Josephs and Orange.
I just walked over with a friend to use the vending machine and grab a soda. First we were told by the nurse to wait a sec and see what they can do because the doors from the er were locked as we were waiting a security guard tells us that we can’t go through those doors and that we can’t use the vending machine. I asked why not thinking it must be out of order but instead of answering me, he just glares at me and walks away. No explanation or nothing. So my friend says let’s go and he shows me the other way to go in that he was told to use the last time as we walk through the doors two more security guards then tell us they are out of order. My buddy says what about the one on the second floor and they then say they are all out of order, and then in the next breath he says they are closed to the public after 830!? One he didn’t even know we were public or a patient and second, is it that big of a deal to keep the public from using a vending machine when your a public service? As we turned to leave the black security guard from before comes in and looks at us with disgust and then says thank you to the other security guards! They were gung Ho about keeping the public from using a vending machine!! What the actual… I’ve never seen anything like this before and never heard of this happening or being a policy for a hospital? So I guess sacred heart security is more worried about guarding their precious vending machines than anything else!? It looks really bad for the hospital and its staff! Plus, what if I was working there like a janitor or even a Dr off duty? They just assumed we were homeless and were giving us the most disgusted looks! Idk if you know this or not but that’s discrimination.! Worst thing I’ve ever experienced there.
I had an upper GI endoscopy performed by Dr. Haig Najarian. Dr. Najarian was great. He spent time with me to explain the results and was extremely helpful. The nursing team and staff were all helpful, professional, and helped me feel right at home. They helped me with some special needs I had, and were so nice to me. I'm very happy I chose this place to have my procedure!
Helpful staff. Clean area. Well displayed signage to direct you. ADA compliant. Be prepared to pay for parking- no validation. They charge an additional hour even if it is 1 minute over and you are waiting in line to exit.
This past Friday I was scheduled for an outpatient medical procedure---very straight forward---with Dr. Anita Gregory and as said day has come and gone I'd like to acknowledge several people who attended to my care. They are as follows, Dr. Gregory and her staff, and Erica C. , Theresse, Ryan, and Mindy. It was a type of care worth noting. Thank you again!
Years ago. When my daughter was little province is the one hospital that saved her life. And treat they treat the patients and the family like they wantna be treated with respect

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
