On Behalf of Brother Gabriel JonPATIENT ALERT I witnessed the office of PCP Susan M. Sharp D.O. Dr of Osteopathy share personal private medical information with others. After Dr. Sharp saw the previous patient off she came into my examination room exclaiming Each time she becomes pregnant she comes here wanting an abortion. I dont do abortions I referred her to an obstetrician. This was very disturbing to me. Please beware Your medical information may be compromised. Brother Gabriel Jon
Tried three times to see this doctor. First appointment was canceled due to plumbing issues totally out of the control of the office second appointment waited 45 minutes and then rescheduled since the doctor wasn’t responding to the receptionist’s texts or phone calls. I was told she is an on call doctor at OCGM so I decided to give it one more go.Third time was not the charm. I walked in and the doctor was sitting with the male receptionist chatting and then started a Skype call with a family member as I still there at the window. I wasn’t greeted just told to sit down and then the window was shut. The window was shut but it’s not sound proof. While skyping they talked about another patient’s meds and how he needed to see a therapist for “those meds” someone remarked that he was “crazy” they went on to chat about dinner plans and then the doctor left to see a patient in the room. By this time my appointment time had already passed. Needless to say after listening to this exchange and waiting 30 minutes. I left. Told them how unprofessional the whole exchange was and that I’ll be finding a new doctor. I’m fairly easily pleased and this whole experience was simply terrible and infuriating with the lack of patient privacy and respect for time.
Doctor Sharpe is a very caring doctor sends you To the best doctors Very caring takes her time with you. Ask you what all Bothers you not just one thing she wants to know everything. What she cant take care of shell send you to a specialist the best
If I could give this PCP negative stars, I would. No doubt THE WORST PCP I have ever encountered! When I called to schedule my initial check up and to do a quick initial patient screening, they asked me to go to a local CVS to check my blood pressure as this was a "requirement". I thought this was odd, as this was the first time ever hearing that the patient had to check and report their own blood pressure. My first three scheduled appointments got canceled 30 minutes to an hour before the time I was supposed to come in. They do not respect your time. Both encounters I had, I had to wait at least 45 minutes from my scheduled time to see the doctor. My last encounter drew the line for me. I waited nearly an hour to be seen for my pap smear and fill on my birth control. The receptionist entered the room and asked for basic information (birth date, height, etc.), when this information should have been recorded during my first visit. Odd, but sure. Then, I was told by the receptionist that the doctor was unable to perform the pap, although I was at the end of my cycle. This was a lie - I have spoken to other providers who say this can be done nearing the end of cycle. Okay, fine. BUT, they wanted me to pay a $55 co-pay for NOT EVEN BEING SEEN BY THE DOCTOR or a $50 cancellation fee when I did indeed show up to my appointment LOL. Then proceeded to tell me that bi-yearly check-ups were REQUIRED by my insurance, even if my health is in good condition. Another lie, as I had called my insurance to confirm this is in fact not the case. Stay away from this office if you can. They are UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE and will try to squeeze money from your pockets if you are naive and allow it.
On Behalf of Brother Gabriel Jon: PATIENT ALERT: I witnessed the office of PCP Susan M. Sharp, D.O. (Dr of Osteopathy) share personal, private medical information with others. After Dr. Sharp saw the previous patient off, she came into my examination room exclaiming, "Each time she becomes pregnant, she comes here wanting an abortion. I don't do abortions! I referred her to an obstetrician." This was very disturbing to me. Please beware! Your medical information may be compromised.
I witnessed Susan Sharp D.o., share per9 , private medical information. I.e. after seeing a patient Dr. Sharp came into my room telling me ,"each time she becomes pregnant she comes in here wanting an abortion I don't do abortions.so I referred her to an obstetrician."
I witnessed Susan Sharp DO share patient personal private medical information. I.e. right after seeing a patient Dr. Sharp came into my room telling me,"each time she becomes pregnant she comes in here wanting an abortion. I don't do abortions." So I just refer her to obstetrician."
If you want top notch care she is the only person I know in Orange County who takes time to truly care and you and about your well being. You will not be just another patient. Dr. Sharp goes above any beyond any other doctor I have had.
Do not go to this Dr. if you plan to wait a over an hour and 12. I ended up leaving her office. Another patient had confirmed that she waits too along time too everytime. Of course she cashed my check that night without me seeing her

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
