It is hard to choose a surgeon for the first time. It is not like you can go to their bakery and try their bread. But the many excellent reviews of Dr. Ng convinced me to meet with her; and meeting with her convinced me that she was the surgeon for me. I was not wrong! During every part of this process I was comfortable and felt well informed and also listened to. And the results - wow - just fantastic! Go with Dr. Ng - you will be very glad you did!

Dr. Ng office was very clean and the staff was courteous. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable. I had the implant removal and tightening surgery and Dr. Ng exceeded all my expectations. I would highly recommend her!

Today I had an apt and drove 68 miles one way with my 2 yr old child. I paid $60 out of pocket for the visit. Then I was told that they wouldn't use my insurance to cover the procedure. Even though my insurance called before I setup that appointment. I then asked if I could at least have my money return. I was told me no and that it would be a coaching lesson to her staff. Shame on you for wasting peoples time and taking their money. I hope you use the $60 for your heating bill so you can thaw out your frozen hearts.

Dr. Ng is the absolute best. She made me feel SO comfortable and she is extremely responsive. I've reached out late at night and gotten immediate responses. I am so glad I trusted her with my surgery - one of the best decisions I've ever made! She's seriously the best; I cannot say it enough. Super kind, knowledgeable and patient. Absolute 10000/10! <3

Dr. Ng is very attentive to her patients needs and available when needed. Her communication skills in keeping her patients feel important and what they are going through has to be commended. She is thorough and explains every detail and puts the patient at ease. Performed melanoma surgery on my face in tandem with the surgical oncologist with a flap repair and is very good at what she does. Such trauma to the patient and she was always there for me. Thank you Dr. Ng!

dr. ng is one of the best surgeons and doctors i’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. she will always keep you up to date on what needs to be done and even after the procedure she is always a phone call away. i recommend her more than anything!

Dr Ng did my chemical peel and was amazing! She was gentle and patient with the procedure and explained the instructions for post care with great detail! Thank you Dr Ng!
