I am so thankful for doctors like Dr. HULBURD that have the desire and expertise to help me see clearly without glasses for the first time in 65 years. From my first visit with Dr. Hulburd I felt confident that he had my best interests at heart. The entire staff at Pacific Eye and the Surge center in SLO were attentive to me through both of my surgeries. I highly recommend Dr. Hulburd and Pacific Eye to everyone I know.

Dr. Hulburd has been a great eye Doctor to me. He takes the time to answer all my questions, staff calls to check on how you are doing after procedures, and sets after surgery check up when scheduling the procedures.
