Great location and wonderful service!! Andrea was extremely attentive to my needs (aging and sensitive skin). Hydrofacials are amazing and the results seem to last longer than expected (in my experiences with them). I like that you can actually see what’s being taken out of your pores etc. and my skins feels cleaner and more refreshed than a classic facial. Received many compliments long after my initial visit. Thank you!

My aesthetician was very knowledgeable. I felt rejuvenate after she worked her magic. I recommend her highly.

I really like the facial treatments. Last week I went for the second time. The only thing I didn't like and that made me feel bad was that I felt pressured by the woman who was in charge who made me buy a treatment with 4 promotional sections. I understand that they can offer the packages and products but not to the degree that I felt harassed by it. However, the person who has done the easy ones for me is very nice to me. I love her work, I can only give good comments .

Last weekend I took my bestie & daughter to Elite Facials after seeing their ad on FB. I'm so glad to have found this place! We were greeted by the receptionist who was welcoming and friendly. He offered us refreshments & asked us to fill out their forms on an iPad. Dewa was the aesthetician assigned to me and she was fabulous! She chatted just enough & answered my questions and made me feel relaxed. It felt like she knew what she was doing and my skin showed it! My skin felt great and still does! She made suggestions for my skin care but no hard sell which I truly appreciated! My bestie & my daughter had Alyssa and they both loved her and her work. They were both glowing after their facials. I had a microdermabrasion facial & they had the hydrodermabrasion facial. One surprise is that I don't think they put sunscreen on as a last step?! Anyway, it was a sunny day when we left so we put sunscreen before leaving. They may have though, I'm just not sure. My one constructive criticism to bring the feel of great customer service (which was good) up a notch is to have the aestheticians greet the folks in the waiting room when they walk out to the front area. A simple "Good morning!" would be nice, especially because they don't know if those waiting will be their client. They ladies come out from the back & go straight to the front desk ... almost as though no one else is there. I just think the friendly acknowledgment will bring the service level of this spa up. But, not a complaint ... we were all very happy with the work here & we all will be going back on the new client package Dewa offered! Looking forward to it!!

I was looking for a facial specialist in Orinda and just discovered elite. Easy to schedule online and I had a fab hydra facial. They also offer great packages.

The Hydrodermabrasion facial is a great choice for men. The space is very clean, products used were high quality and the Esthetician Diwa was very kind and accommodating.

I always love my experiences at Elite Facials. My most recent facial was done by Alyssa who was so knowledgeable and passionate about her services she provided. She was able to answer any questions I had with confidence and ease. I felt so comfortable the entire facial and experience, thanks to her. I highly recommend Alyssa and Elite Facials.
