Kristin Walker's Online Review Report Card

I went to see this doctor about two different problems. She walked into the office like she was in a hurry.  She told me she was not going to discuss one if the two problems. About the other one, I later discovered there were three different possible treatments.  After she left two really ugly scars on my skin, I did some research and realized she used the treatment that is usually considered a last resort.  She cut my skin so fast, so carelessly that she left these scars.  Right after, she left the office.  My visit with her did, including treatment, did not last more than five minutes.  She never discussed treatments or even asked me if I wanted to proceed with her treatment if choice. Before I knew it she had already cut me and left the office.  It is very traumatic as she left scars unnecessarily and felt violated having never given my consent for any treatment.  Awful experience.

Dr Radell was wonderful but Dr Walter was terrible. She has no bedside manner is not communicative and I had to pry her for basic information about my acne. She still charged me for the full appointment fee when I was in and out in 5 min and she literally did NOTHING for me no advice no treatment nothing. I honestly walked out stunned. I will never go back now that Dr Radell has left the practice. I would advise others to look elsewhere.

My experience with Dr. Walker was wonderful. She was friendly, knowledgable and took her time to listen to my questions and answered them with options. I did not feel hurried at all. She was very friendly and her staff were great too! From the moment I walked in...the receptionist was friendly and made we feel welcomed! I recommended Dr. W. to my husband and my son! They both had great experiences with her too! I highly recommend Dr. Walker.

My husband and I have gone to see Dr. Walker for many years and have always been very satisfied with her care.  Over the years I have needed numerous biopsies and one removal of a skin cancer, and these procedures were always done with precision and care.  I recently had a skin problem that several other doctors could not diagnose, but Dr. Walker immediately identified the condition, which the biopsy later proved to be the correct diagnosis.  Dr. Walker is a very kind, considerate and caring doctor who I would highly recommend.

This woman is a con artist. She seems sweet and knowledgeable, but she scams everyone she comes in contact to. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN! She is not educated, not the kind of person you want to diagnose you. If you're going to the East Bay, at least get someone qualified. All she wants is money. She pushes cosmetology on her patients, to void the insurers, and fill her pockets.

My family and I have been Dr. Walker's patients for many years.  It's a visit I always look forward to.  Dr. Walker is very pleasant, efficient, and thorough, answering any skin care questions I have kindly and professionally.  I've had several procedures to remove suspicious growths, and follow-through on any skin biopsies is always delivered promptly via a phone call.  In addition, Dr. Walker's assistants and her front office staff are always very friendly and welcoming.   Further, I've never had to wait beyond my appointment time to be seen by Dr. Walker, and scheduling appointments to see her is a seamless process. I recommend Dr. Walker's office without question!

Weird that there are negative reviews. My family has only received excellent care from Dr. Walker and her team.
