We love Dr Wu, she is the absolute BEST! She is highly intelligent, incredibly compassionate, genuine, engaging and a superb pediatrician. She is detailed oriented. Dr Wu takes extra special care and time with each child. It's disheartening to see a review critique Dr. Wu based upon her staff. Her staff has always been lovely, warm, and professional. 1 star and you've never met the doctor? Just Stop! Excellent doctor!

Dr. Wu is incredibly patient and professional. We had another pediatrician in SR for the first 6 months and changed pediatricians to Dr. Wu and we are so much happier! She is understanding, listens and great with the baby.

We have been seeing Doctor Wu and the team at John Muir/Orinda pediatrics for over 20 years. They have been great with two older kids (now graduated to adult doctors!) and a little one whom they first met when delivered in the hospital 5 years ago. Always manage to get you in on same day as needed. Although we mostly see Dr. Wu, we have had experience with all doctors from time to time and they have been great. Bright and clean office, friendly nurses, stickers for the kiddos, and a secret stash of lollipops for the really bad shots. Have been through 5-6 insurance carriers over this time and never had an issue. Highly recommend.

I have not yet met with Dr. Wu HOWEVER I can tell you that her staff is absolutely HORRIFIC. Rude, inefficient, incompetent and in denial of said competence. Be prepared to provide the same information over and over again (insurance and previous physicians name, information) because the staff is not competent enough to enter the information into a database.
