I can never thank the hospital staff enough! I was admitted to the ER for a broken wrist. My nurses and doctors were super nice and understandings. The people who write bad reviews about this place are wrong. I have been in the ER at least 3 times in my life, and I was completely satisfied with the care and treatment I was given. For that, I am eternally grateful for. I love you all! Keep up the great work and continue to make the world a better place!

Threw out our experience of having a baby, RN Jasmine was our first nurse who helped get us settled in and ready. RN Robin was beyond helpful and went out of her way to ensure the mother was comfortable and receiving top quality care. MD Waran Professionally delivered our first baby boy @ 8.15lb, witch he made look easy. Also encourage me as the father to be more involved and am glad I experienced what I saw and cut the cord. The on call pediatrician was beyond disrespectful and unwilling to look at the risk of covid 19 exposure in a hospital vs taking a healthy baby and wife home. His lack of intelligence and understanding was beyond disrespectful as he tried to force my hand into putting my family in harms way (PS the hospital cannot hold you against your own will) The ob techs and staff were respectful and understanding. Would still give 5 stars, due to how little time had to be spent with on call pediatrician, and how great of service RN Robbin gave us

I was at ER sept 16th in great pain . I waited 8 hrs to get a exam . A lady had a seizure in the bathroom hit her head blood was apparent. They put a neck brace on her and she still had to wait . One of the assistants asked me what brand my pacemaker was n I had only had it in for a week . I said I dnt know as I was crying in pain . He said ur killing me . I said look it up . He laughed and walked away .6 days in hospital to be told I had pleurisy. Hospital was dirty . 3 weeks later I had spasms again but I got a ride to a Enloe . Very clean everyone was polite and compassionateIf u can please get to Enloe

My Experience at oroville hospital ER WAS HARABULE the staff that work in the ER ARE HARABULE NOT CLEAN

I'm sitting here in the ER waiting room at Oroville Hospital. I've been here for three hours waiting for an exam room. I've n ever had this kind of experience at any other hospital. Though I'm very sick I'm grateful I'm not dieing. I would have been dead by now.

Don't ever talk to Debbie Swanson at Hospital Billing. If you have an accent, and English is your second language, she will yell at you the whole conversation. Oroville Hospital never sends notices about your bill, they send you to Collection Agency. We were on Payment plan and couple of payments late, we were sent to CMRE( Collection Agency).I had surgery at Enloe Hospital in 2015. I was taken care of very well. The Enloe Billing is very kind, respectful. They are very helpful, never raise their voice at you.

Horrible. My mom had to take my Grandpa to the ER and they got there and it was a horror show. Several people were in immense pain and no one was seeing them. One lady in a wheelchair had her toes completely gone and looked like bloody stumps according to my mom and no one was seeing her. Another woman was sobbing and begging for someone to help her saying it was the worst pain she had ever felt. A lady my mom talked to said she had been waiting there since 11:30 am and if she could go to Enloe she would. My mom got there at 6:30 pm. It was 8:40 pm when my mom came home. The lady also told her that she had been coming to this hospital for years and it had never been this bad. Mom said nurses and doctors were milling around in the back and not doing anything. I really hope Oroville’s ER pulls itself together because that quality of service is inexcusable.

Oh my! Don't go here! I went in with a serious medical issue (bee sting, was swollen up and told me go home, take benadryl) Well thank heavens I left and went to Enloe!! They immediately treated me, they saw the seriousness of my declining medical issue, treated me quickly and appropriately and I am certain saved me a lot grief and unnecessary medical follow up. Folks... Go to Enloe Medical Center!

8/20/21 My first son came. I’ve never felt so close to people I knew nothing about, considering the fact I gave birth with nobody by my side but Jehovah. Never in my 25 years has a hospital really gave me a voice (Until Here) this may be the only hospital that doesn’t try to make me feel so afraid. Let alone over 1000$ worth of gift cards !!! My free infant car seat is adorable. Thank You Oroville Hospital for loving us. This hospital doesn’t deny you as a mother. They give you what’s you ask. This is my second deliver and my OB was amazing as hell. He literally has given birth to half of oroville shout out to the OG Johansson. All my nurses have been amazing. I will never forget what happened here. And people deserve to know they are safe. Don’t be mad if you have to wait they are literally saving lives in ways other hospitals don’t even consider. Know that they hear you here. Know that they are there. The only place that will let you cuss them out in pain then smile and tell you it’s okay as you love them after the relief they give. Be patient with people especially hospitals because you have no idea what’s going on in the other room. Also they keep your business private and don’t tell people where you are or allow surprise visits. So that’s a plus because I went to Chico hospital and they are just letting anyone go on and visit. It was not okay. My OB wasn’t even there for my birth in Chico. I wish I had my first born here honestly. But we look forward to our future now and we feel supported by everyone here.

This hospital is a danger to human health. They do not enforce state mandated covid mask protocols. The front desk of the ER hands them out but does not enforce that people wear them. The maskless just take the masks and walk away unmasked. Guests are allowed inside where they congregate all over the place maskless. After staying in the ER waiting room for over 7 hours that was a consistent issue I observed over and over. I left after 7 hours unseen thinking if I stayed a second longer I would end up worse off than when I arrived.
