Dr. Andrade and his office staff are so incompetent that I have reevaluated my career as an Asian man and should have become a doctor myself. On multiple occasions, he has prescribed a family member prescriptions then denied the prescription at CVS and caused inconveniences and loss of time dealing with it. Additionally, how do you take away someone’s driver’s license for valid reasons then have zero ideas on how to get it back?

He has no experience in such a procedure and should never have attempted it. Amazing VCMC Urgent Care would allow such an “arrogant rookie's” attempt's to perform such a thing! He might be capable of treating the common cold but failed misserbally at this. I guess you roll the dice going to Urgent Care and this time I lost. I really don’t think they could have had anyone worse seeing me. After cutting on me and not finding the spine he sent me home with a bandaid and no prescription for the infection! Having one removed from my elbow there just prior I assumed I would have the same care as before? Boy was I wrong! JE

He is an awesome Dr. My daughter is not the easiest child to feel comfortable with any professional, but absolutely adores Dr. Andrade.
