Was referred by my doctor. Called as a new patient and put on hold many times and then hung up on. Last try and got a hold of the front desk to try and set up an appmt. Was fiddling through insurance info and talking with my spouse with regards to information they needed and literally heard a click from their end. Got so upset, found another doctor! Guess they don't want my business and they don't need new patients? The front desk is the heart of any business and these doctors should know better or maybe not. 🤔

Wow it's unavailable the time wait at this place:( my mom had an appointment at 2:45 PM and was seen and was seen about 1 1/2 hour later. Anyone that has to wait more than 1/2 hour to be seen the place is doing something wrong. This place has to stop scheduling more appointments than what they can handle. That is poor practice and poor customer service. Do not come here you will be disappointed with the waiting time. As I am writing this we are still waiting coming up 2 hour wait. What a shame this place is.

My Renta detached February 8 2020 had emergency surgery then took the silicone oil out 11 months later then 3 months later had cataract surgery then couple of months later doctor had to Lazer scar tissue then they canceled my appointment but night before got automated call reminding me the appointment but no call of cancelation .then they didn't bother to tell me they didn't except my insurance anymore. Not patients friendly

My initial visit with Dr was a week ago under the auspices of the Sierra Vista provider asa fill in for Dr Mishriki who is on medical leave. She was extremely thorough and exploratory with her interview and was proactive with her actions regarding further specialist opinion going forward. I highly recommend her to anyone seeking an MD alternative.

I have had glaucoma since birth, so have been seeing eye specialists since it was discovered in my 20s - ranging from UCLA Jules Stein to small eye clinics ion the West Coast. Miramar is the best from pressure checks, visual fields, eye surgery, glasses, and after hours care. The doctors and staff are friendly, competent, and committed to excellent care.
