Professional staff that listened to my symptoms and was a pleasure to speak with. Great facility that was spotless. Was seen at my appointment time and was treated quickly. If sick again, won't hesitate to return to this location!

This is the best urgent care I've ever been to, and honestly, the best customer service I've ever received, anywhere. I went in for stitches on November 11th and Katherine was the PA that did my stitches. She was so professional and sweet. I received 8 stitches on my thumb and didn't feel any pain! She made sure to guide me through the entire procedure. She told me to come back in a couple days for a complimentary check up and back again in 7-10 days to remove my stitches. I just got my stitches removed by Dana and my thumb looks great. The rest of the staff (the NPs) are also absolutely AMAZING. Everyone is so friendly and helpful while delivering exceptional customer service. I promise you you are in the best hands here!

This is the best urgent care around. We previously used to go to Solar Urgent Care and found that every time we went they just sent us to the ER and couldn't do anything for us.Their COVID policies are lacking though. It would be nice is if you were allowed inside. With other urgent care centers (not around here) if you present with COVID symptoms they have a separate room for you and the others with a giant air purifier where you can get real care. Here you have to stay in your car the whole time. Once I walked up to the front, was told to go to my car and call in, then was told on the phone to make an appointment online; absolutely ridiculous!

The staff at Cottage Urgent Care are friendly and very helpful. Nurse Practitioner Jenny was so lovely. She was so patient and caring toward my son, answering all questions with kindness and respect. I wholeheartedly recommend this Urgent Care.

Went there after bumping my head and slamming my elbow on the rim of a steel drum the day before, they were not cable of checking for symptoms of a minor concussion, and not blacking out and not exhibiting any signs of a concussion rather suggesting I visit the ER and pay $350 deductible ,ER said you show no signs of any degree of a concussion please see reviews before you visit any urgent cares I should have...if they could have done the diagnosis I would have paid zero deductible..

Brought my 6 year old in for something and the staff was absolutely amazing to him! Made him feel comfortable and kept him smiling the entire time. Such a great experience for an urgent care!

Staff is condescending and rude. The website offers the wrong explanation of their COVID testing services. Staff repeatedly threatened to throw out my COVID test unless I changed my appointment type. Their “solution” for Cottages mistakes were to go pay $90 at another clinic. 0/5, will not visit any Cottage again.
