Jodi Ferro's Online Review Report Card

My Mom was a patient of Dr Ferro’s. She was given a medication after her pap smear and had an allergic reaction. She went back for an alternate medication and they gave her a product with a different name, but the same active ingredient to which she was allergic. She had an even worse reaction and I ended up taking her to urgent care. All the safe guards between Dr. Ferro’s office and the pharmacy failed to catch this. Do not recommend.

I love this doctor. She made my complicated pregnancy and delivery so comforting. I was having anxiety during the epidural and she came over to hold and comfort me. My next baby is definitely if I decide on that route will definitely be here again

Dr. Ferro is an Amazing Dr. She delivered my daughter in 2011 and was the absolute Best. Her care for me was not just a Dr that card but also a caring and wonderful friend. I wish she was closer to Camarillo or Oxnard.

I went to see Dr. Ferro for my annual woman visit. While she was examining me we spoke about Peri menopause and the sysmptoms I was experiencing. When I received my bill, she charged me for my well woman visit. She then preceded to charge me for an entirely separate visit at almost double the cost of my covered visit because my asking about my symptoms was outside of the realm of my covered visit. I honestly had no idea I wasn’t allowed to ask questions related to menopause. I naturally assumed since it part of the aging process that it was up for discussion. I honestly felt so violated and taken advantage of. Not once during the visit did she acknowledge that our conversation was going to be billed as a separate visit. When I called to question the bill they made me feel like I should have known and treated me like I was trying to be sneaky and seek extra services for free. They took no responsibility for their lack of notifying the patient that extra services were being provided. I called back with a healthcare advocate on the line. We were given the run around that a manager was unavailable and I never received a call back. It wan such a disgusting experience, I could never recommend this doctor or her office to anyone.

Dr. Ferro is an amazing doctor and listens. You know she truly cares for her patients and have seen many doctors or various specialties and she is definitely one of my favorites. I feel we could be friends outside of her office.

Dr. Ferro is very sweet and caring. She takes her time explaining and answering all of your questions.

Dr Ferro' s bedside manner was very cold. she was never available. I had a high risk pregnancy and was not compassionate. She never mentioned her vacations and would schedule me with another dr without a heads up. Long story short I stayed with other doctor and like him so much better. Also their office biller Monica is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend this office to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else.

I absolutely enjoy Dr Ferro services. I have always recommended her to my friends and family and they're equality satisfied. She's a young fun doctor with great experience and personable Dr/patient relationship. She personally calls me to give me testing results. She's very flexible and extremely reliable. Our family loves her.

Well worth the wait for my appointment. Dr. Ferro is very kind and informative. The rest of her team was very nice from the time I called in to request an appointment to the time I left after my visit. I highly recommend Dr. Ferro to any women who want a forever OBGYN.
