The Doctor's office staff is incompetent. They failed to forward important medical documentation to my surgeon in a timely manner even though I followed up twice to remind them of the date of surgery. The Doctor is very tightly scheduled and it is very difficult to get in to see him for urgent care.

He listens to your concerns. I was seeing another Dr, they kept telling me or your age, weight. Dr Pleitez looked more into my concerns and helped me out.

Has a doctor it does not get any better then Dr. Pleitez. Its his administrative staff that is a huge problem. I have been trying to see Dr. Pleitez for a simple physical and the front desk has either canceled my oppoinment or giving me an appointment two months later only to call me again to move it again. His availability is sooooo bad that I have not seen him in nearly two years. If you plan to see your doctor don't hire Dr Pleitez.

Dr. Pleitez bedside manner is very poor . it seems he is more interested in saving the Governments money than the health of his patients. He treated my mother with disrespect, practically accused her of robbing the system. she is 73 yrs old and had a total knee replacements,worked all her life and deserves her medicare benefits.she deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.
