Too bad I had to put one star bc I'd put NONE! This doctors office is the worst! They've been billing for over a year and we pay and pay and they still want more they don't run a practice here horrible customer service, they have every excuse as to why you need to pay for services rendered over a year ago and bill that have been paid! This place is pathetic!

This person was a cardiologist at SJH, I had a gut feeling that I shouldn't let this man perform a angiogram on me and I was right. He did this procedure and totally ripped up a graft near my heart, not only that I bled out into my leg resulting in a emergency. I have been out of the hospital for a month and I'm still horribly bruised and my regular cardiologist tells me I will have to undergo another procedure to correct his mess and fix what he didn't. This man has no business working on human beings.

The nurse and doctor were great but there seems to be miscommunication or not enough training with who works behind the desk. I’ve been waiting over a month just for a referral to be faxed over to the right physician. Really delaying my surgery date!

2 times I was treated unfairly and spoken to like a child. I was told my appointments would be a tele health visit and also I was told the doctor would call me which neither happened. When I called to follow up I was told the doctor has a lot at patients and he forgot about me. Doctor is always rude to patients and never really care about the patients. All they want is your money. Never going back to this place.

Amazing doctor but unfortunately the office staff are not upto par. Front office staff were not welcoming and the Medical assistant that took my vital signs was unprofessional. Entire staff need to work on customer service and on cleanliness of the office. I do have to say that Leslie who helped me obtain my prior authorization was very kind and helpful in person and over the phone.
