Had my first session at Laseraway for Brazilian and underarms. Reception was super welcoming and my Nurse was great! Procedure went super smoothly and was a really cool experience. Can't wait until my next session!

I had my first appointment today for laser hair removal. To be honest I was a nervous wreck. From the moment I walked in the girls in the front were so nice, offered me water and just reassured me that I was going to be OK. I was so scared of it being so painful. JASMINE who did my laser treatment was so nice and so patient. I was so at ease during the treatment. She kept encouraging me while she was treating me and just telling me you're almost done you got this and that really made me feel good.when I made my next appointment, I made sure that Jasmine was working that day. The girls in the Oxnard branch are great!!!!!!

The girls in the front and the nurses treating us in the bck are doing great the wait times are perfect I like to go in and out when I go to my appointments so its working out for me ,thanks

I had a great experience since the moment I walked through the door. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming. My laser treatment was swift and easy. Staff was thorough and made for a very comfortable experience.

My session was quick and easy. I have to say, I really loved the customer service prior to my visit. We spoke on the phone and I was given all the prep instructions and was advised to get numbing cream for the tattoo removal first visit. When I arrived for my appointment, everyone was so kind and cheerful. Very refreshing since I didn’t know what to expect and i was a little nervous. The appointment itself was around 7 mins… i was out the door !!! I’d have people tell me that tattoo removal in so painful, but it wasn’t bad at all. It felt like a couple seconds of a rubber band stinging you. For about 15 mins afterwards, it did feel a little uncomfortable, but nothing crippling. That sensation subsided and it was as if nothing happened. I loved my nurse. She was fun, honest, and sweet. I’m glad I chose LaserAway.

Love this place! My appointments are always fast and the service is great. The staff worked with me to transfer some unneeded services to another body area, which was very much appreciated! Highly recommended.
