Primary Medical Group's Online Review Report Card

This is the worst office/medical group I have ever been so unfortunate to have recieved care from. The office staff is full of very rude, uncaring people. They are snarky, and don't listen. I went to both Oxnard and Ventura offices and both were poor in basic office duties like transferring records, filling prescription and general care. They treat you like its the DMV and it appears they take pride in creating an uncomfortable, and uncaring environment. My insurance called me to inform me they will no longer work with Primary Medical due to unprofessional behavior and lack of professionalism from their office staff. They ignored six request for paperwork, and only sent it when I called. Then when they did send it they only sent one side of all the paperwork. The manager wagged her finger at me and refused to do her job when I came down to the office. I can't say it enough don't go here. They will do the bare minimum, the doctors will play like they don't know anything. They will give you poor care, sneak in charges for paperwork. The office manager is unorganized, rude and flat out incompetent. Save your hard earned money and seek out a different place because everywhere else is better. They don't care about their patients and have no business being in the medical profession. I am never going back.

My family , friends and I went to the Johnson Drive location . They got very rude over there and we transferred to the Lombard Location. At first it was a little better the office staff seemed nicer . As we continued to go it was a nightmare . The doctor never called us for follow ups, blood test , medicine refills ... nothing . We had to call and when we called for simple things like a blood pressure medicine refill the office staff was rude , took days to refill medicine etc . I had heard rumors that these people are only nice to their friends and family , but chose not to believe them ... I guess I should of . Also, the doctor and office staff pretend to take notes when you go in person but every time you go in they ask you the same thing! My grandmother fell on her porch and we told them that story every-time we went !!!! I guess if it was just the doctors being a little rude we would have stayed but the office staff for the primary care offices is horrible. They are rude , disrespectful , roll their eyes , and to fax or email papers to your insurances or employers takes months if it's done because most of the time they don't send papers and charge . I would never recommend primary care to any of my loved ones , my family, friends and I have left this place ... best decision ever made !

If I could give a zero star I would. The staff is dishonest and lie to cover up how bad and lazy they are. Refilling prescription is a nightmare. The office manager and her employee Rey took two months to send in paperwork I paid for and requested twice. I almost got my disability insurance claim canceled because of their poor care. Don't go here unless you need a headache. They treat you like you are at the DMV. Yuck all around, horrible experience.

doctors take a long time to get back to you. Office staff very unprofessional .No one communicates with eachother . They are not nice

If I could give a worse score I would. The office staff, the office manger are horrible. They lie to cover up how lazy and unprofessional they are. They take no responsibility for poor service and treat their patients like the DMV. My disability insurance sent 6 requests for a doctor's note over two months. I even paid $25 for my doctor to fill it out. He had to call me to ask how to fill out the paperwork, I walked him through it. Then the office never sent it. Don't go here if you want professionals taking your money. This place horrible.

Great Doctor Ruelas, very attentive and caring for my elder mothers care!

My Doctor was able to accommodate a procedure which I had not scheduled for the day of my visit. I was grateful that I did not need to make another appointment.

Dr Duong did a great job listening to my concern and gave good medical advice. He answered all my question and I plan to consult with him again in the future.

I am impress w Dr Duong. He was casual, precise, and quick. He runs around with his laptop which has all my biodata, enters all referals. Its all printed by the time you leave the observation room. very cool.

I was quite impressed with you him to be a young doctor his wisdom surpasses his age. Without a doubt I will assure you he will be one of the greatest physicians to lead his generation his concern for his patients , as well as his philosophy that he works for the patient is extraordinary in today’s medical world. I’m extremely impressed as a new patient to this facility and I find this young doctor to be impeccable.
