The office staff is terrible, rude and very very unprofessional!! Please avoid this office staff at all cost. Medical Records are property of the patient and this office charges $5.00 per page in order to obtain your personal records. The office manager will hang up on you in a very unprofessional manner if you request your personal records. Please do not waste your time with this office staff!!

I have a large kidney stone. The hospital gave me this number as a recommendation. I called 4 times leaving messages and they never returned my calls. The only time they answered they put me on hold and hung up. What kind of quack doctor treats people in pain this way?

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH, TIME, AND MONEY!!!!!! This office is a disgrace to the medical community. I have never had such a difficult time getting simple questions answered or even a phone call from the front desk picked up. Dr. Lee didnt want to take the time to get my questions answered or give me any treatment plan for the six month follow up period in between. All he said was idk what's wrong with you, see me in six months. That's it. I'm getting statements with balances on it from settling it months ago just so I can be done with them and they dont seem interested in changing that in showing proof that my balance is zero with them. My best advice would be to go elsewhere and never look back. That office has no respect for people with sensitive problems.

I have had a few really bad experiences here at this office, and Unfortunately I believe it is the staff, with that said it appears that their is a lack of leadership and accountability. This is a drs office not a nail salon, these things matter to people and have an effect on their health, the prescriptions are expensive and forcing me to restart a cycle because… human error on their behalf is in acceptable. I (and my wife) are constantly following up and they still make mistakes with a simple prescription. This office is unprofessional and unorganized. Dr. Lee seems like a good Dr., I would not know because of these issues, but he and the staff are unorganized and cannot complete simple tasks. Literally getting a RX refill is nearly impossible and I have had to restart medication now, for a third time, due to their mistakes around filling the rx and not having typo’s, no urgency No accountability no ability to troubleshoot and they do not care about making it right. With no recourse this is my only means of getting better service. I know I will have to find another office at the end of the day but I hope they see this and make some changes, I like dr lee and the location is convenient but this has become a real issue and clearly is not being taken seriously. It’s literally 1 prescription I do not understand how this is happening. When you read this please reach out to me.

Dr. Aboseif was great! I had to have a penile implant removed and I was scared about the procedure. Dr. Aboseif did an amazing job and my recovery time was minimal. He was personable, knowledgeable, and highly skilled. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a urologist. Thanks so much Dr. Aboseif!

wish i could put a 0 star. did a procedure that involved inserting something into my urethra WITHOUT numbing that area, which i have found out through many other doctors i have seen since that this is not how they should have done that procedure. it was probably the worst pain i have ever felt. after that they gave me a lousy diagnosis w an even worse treatment plan (which was to only drink 4 cups of water a day!!!! how???!) and when i followed up w questions no one got back to me, so i followed up again and no one got back to me. save yourself the trouble and the pain, find a different doctor.

I have been going to DR Aboseif for about 10 years. Before I saw him I saw a different group of local urologists for maybe 20 years. During that time I had several kidney stones requiring lithotripsy and other surgeries. I wasn't put on any medicines or diet. Luckily for me these doctors no longer took my insurance so I needed a new MD. I was referred to him by friend who was an Ob-Gyn who had worked previously with him. In the 10 years since I have had maybe 1 stone. Dr Aboseif regularly checks me for PSA as well as urinary retention which the other doctors did not. I would highly recommend him.
