List of Solar Urgent Care's Reviews
Super disappointed! My husband was in here last week (Sept 2023) and said while he waited in the room to be seen he could hear the attending (NP? PA?) chatting outside the room w/other employees (nurses? MA's?) about all kinds of inappropriate stuff! Movies with sexual content etc... he was not happy with the fact that not only did he have to wait while no one else was waiting to be seen but to listen to that! How unprofessional! I'm personally disgusted by what he shared and wanted to share this in hopes that your company will address and deal with it!!
I was extremely ill and they took very good care of me. Everyone was very nice
My co-worker injured herself while playing softball so my first thought was Solar Urgent Care. This place is exceptionally clean, fast, friendly, and helpful! We were able to walk in and get her seen quickly. I ended up needing to get my daughter a physical for school as well, and again, I thought immediately to take her to Solar Urgent Care. It's almost like a one stop shop for everything. They offer so much in one place. I recommend this place to all of my family and friends.
Very unorganized practice. Does not follow up on paperwork, patient requests or appointments. Horrible management. Go to another Urgent Care
Horrible. dr Leo is a horrible dr. He yelled at my husband. I am so thankful my husband was kind and self controlled. But no one should be treated this way no one! Do not see this dr he was stressed out and he took it out in my husband. he wouldn't give us the time to ask questions and when we did he looked at us like we were stupid it was degrading and the way he jus threw us out of the office because it was already late! Disgrace of a dr! he didn't treat my husband as he should have because he didn't have the time or patience for another client. He gave him drugs and sent him on the way wit a gtfo of here attitud. BS ZERO STARS!
If I could get this place zero stars I definitely would. There was a sign that there was a two hour wait after two hours I finally got put in the room. I go in the room they then take vital signs put me to a different exam room I waited like an extra 15 minutes then the doctor comes in without knocking the door and says that I'm going to have to wait another two hours because they're so behind I then said are you serious and said yes then shut the door. They are extremely unprofessional the fact that they're the any other patients know what was going on. I walked out. I will never be stepping a foot in this place. I would recommend going anywhere else but here. They don't treat their patients right and only care about money. HORRIBLE CARE. You can be dying and they won't even care.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had this urgent care as our primary care for about 2 years. There are some things they did well and some things they did not do well. It's strange that they list Dr. Jean Allen as a physician here, when she has never been here for the past 2+ years. She was listed as my PCP, but I never met her. I liked that I could go in anytime for an appointment without calling ahead. I didn't like that the doctor (Parvaneh Firozbakht) never remembered me even after I visited every few months. I also didn't like that the doctor spoke down to me each visit. She would give me information and then say, "You know that, right?" as if I didn't come in for medical advice, but rather, I should already be an expert on my concerns. I also didn't like that it was always a pain to update my regular prescriptions when the refills ran out. This could have been the pharmacy, but I've been using the same one for almost 7 years and this is the first office that I experienced issues with. The pharmacy would say they were waiting for the doctor and the doctor would say they already sent it. It was very frustrating. I will say that the front desk staff were almost always kind and helpful. The first visit I had they told me they didn't accept my insurance even though they did. I wish it could have worked out, but the doctor was so dismissive that I started actively avoiding getting help because she always made me feel like a stupid patient who was a problem to her.
They told me walk ins are available for physicals on mondays. I came in at 8am today and they said they are pretty booked and they can't take me in. I came in twice last week and was told the same thing. I just made an appointment.
I tried to get in to see my primary care physician but he was booked solid. I called SUC and was told the wait would be 45-60 min. I decided to give it a chance and I was glad I did. walked into an empty waiting room and was greeted by a super accommodating front desk lady and after I finished filling out the customary paperwork I took a seat. 15 min. later I was called to the back. A few min. later I was treated by a Doctor. She ended up giving me a shot because of the bad rash I was experiencing. She asked that I wait 15 min. to make sure I had no bad effects from the medicine. Time from entering to leaving 2 yr. I recommend this facility because of the cleanliness, the courtesy, and the promptness that I received while being there.
This place is fantastic! The service is highly efficient, and the doctor is simply amazing! Her outstanding personality is truly admirable, and she made me feel great throughout the entire visit. I highly recommend Solar Urgent Care, and be sure to request for her when you visit.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
