My “go-to” urgent care NO MATTER WHAT!! Great service and they are super fast at getting me in! The staff there are very polite and respectful to me and my son 200% even with all this Covid BS. They don’t judge and treat me and my son quick and get my son & me out and don’t leave us waiting In the doctors room. I’d rather come here than go be seen at a regular PCP.

I’ve been to this urgent care a couple times over the past couple years and they are usually great but my last visit wasn’t so great. The Dr was rude and was annoyed the whole time and didn’t really take much time to explain what was going on and before entering the room I heard them talking out in the hallway and the assistant said another earache and she said you’re joking me right. Maybe work in an er if you’re burnt out or tired of seeing the same thing everyday?

I went to the door for unit 100 from the office building side .  I was in a hurry because I broke my thumb and I was in a lot of pain. After knocking several times the girl told me that I cant come in I have to call in and get triaged. Because I was in pain I said all I wanted some help and she slammed the door my face.I was forced to go to another urgent care clinic.

Worst place ever. Don’t go

Im super picky about urgent cares and this is the only place I will go. They have great fast services and wonderful doctors.

Worst experience ever, they take your insurance, have you pay your co pay and later bill you in full when they should  tell you if they are covered or accept the insurance up front.Later they send you to collections for their lack of communication! Get a confirmation number from a reputable at your insurance stating this place is covered because they wont have the decency to tell you your group is not in network with them

I called ahead of time to see if they had accepted mediCaL here. They said that they did after 5 p.m. and but when I arrive taking me away picking that they dont pick medical if its active outside of Ventura County

Needless to say, getting sick in the midst of the Stay at Home order is unnerving enough, trying to get seen is the other problem. I called, let them know my symptoms and said I could come in.Ive taken my daughter there because its never really busy and now that Ive been seen there I will happily go back!

I went in and saw Joanie, the NP, for what has been a very rocky road for me.  I have/had so many things going on medically.  Over the past months I have had 5 other appointments with different kinds of doctors, trying to figure out what is going on.  Joanie is the only one that actually listened to me.  She was the only one that didnt rush me out of the office after 68 minutes.  She listened to me, showed genuine concern, asked questions, prescribed multiple medications/devices, and got me a referral to a pulmonologist is just a few days.  Her care and compassion is outstanding.  She is what a lot of other medical providers should strive to be.  Thank you, Joanie!

Worst urgent care, and did not resolve my issue, I was just referred to a doctor. Never going to this place again.Plus front desk was not friendly.
