Excellent Doctor

I went to see Dr. Kho for my stuffy nose problems which had been bothered me for years. Sometime I could not break at night and I had to use my mouth to breath. Dr. Kho checked my nose and immediately identified the root cause of my problems and prescribed some medicine for me. After I finished the prescribed medicine, my symptoms were completely gone. I felt like a new person! I can't describe how happy I am and how grateful to Dr. Kho!

A great physician. Although I was waiting for more than an hour, it was due to an emergency with another patient and the staff kept me informed. Kudos to her and the staff that stayed way past normal office hours to help me.

RUDE! I said I think I have a hiatal hernia. She said, There's nothing wrong with you, just anxiety disorder. I also mentioned Antidepressant discontinuation, and she said You got that from an internet forum didn't you? And I said No from WebMd, I think I might have it. She said, I'm a professional. Don't inform me on what you think I know and don't know. Google all you want. It's not going to help you! Today I had an endoscopy and I found out I have a hiatal hernia, so I was right.

I had a parotid gland tumor . Dr kho did surgery to remove it . She did a great job . I did t experience any side effects after surgery due to her amazing skills. I don't have an ugly scar , and she just did a very good job. I'm glad I found her and I would recommend her . I learned the hospital staff have had her do surgery on their loved ones . I feel very lucky !

Very unorganized office and incompetent office staff. I was diagnosed and had surgery to fix my problem. After surgery my problem still exists. The doctor seemed frustrated and gave me more medication to take . Seemed like she was done with me and did not want to continue to find a solution for my problem. Still have the original problem to this day. Complete waste of effort, time and money.

I have seen Dr. Kho in the past. Usually, she did "OK". I would only see her if my REAL ENT was unavaiable. I saw her this past Friday, and was gravely disappointed. She was rude, curt, and started addressing things that were NOT part of the visit. Also, and most importantly, she missed a very annoying and potentionally serious issue that was occuring with one of my tonsils. When I got home, I noticed the issue and scheduled an appointment with my real ENT. She did not take the time to perform the TOTAL exam - just spent that time lecturing and being an overall rude individual. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Please see Jeff Tseng in Thousand Oaks, CA. He is also mostly ON TIME, and does NOT make you wait for nearly an hour - very common for Dr. Kho.

my experience with dr Kho is that she can immediately get to the bottom of my problem and resolve it in a painless timely matter

Dr. Kho is a friendly and knowledgeable doc. I think that she knows her medicines and digs deep into a situation. Most importantly, she wants to see patients improve, not just continue to come back. She ALSO HAS AN OFFICE IN OXNARD!
