The staff at the emergency room genuinely don’t care about you. They don’t even look you in the eye. I had kidney stone pain and they sent me to the covid positive seating area without even letting me know what that zone was. A serious realty check to the employees that are their to make you feel better is needed.

I hurt my shoulder and / or Biceps and possibly triceps muscles couple months before. I was trying to baby them and applying muscle rub and taking Aleve. But it wasn't getting back to normal. Then my thumb on my other hand started hurting - probably due to strain of overuse as I rested dominate arm.My MD referred me to PT, I choose STJRMC Outpt. So happy I did.James is outstanding. In just 1 visit he got my shoulder, arm and thumb feeling better. Day 2 I saw the light at end of tunnel for this chronic pain.Unfortunately, day 3 and 4 being overworked without breaks had me up in middle of night again cause of intense pain. Can't hardly wait for Monday and Tuesday so he can work his magic on them again!

They lied about my mom's condition to her and the family. They said she was good, she just need it a very simple procedure. she passed away next day. They gave us medical records showings her condition was very unstable. Why did they say she was good? They are probable going to erase my post like they have done with all my previous.

A good hospital. Some departments are better than others. Overall, I give it 4 stars.
