Dr. Vines is a very good podiatrist in Oxnard, CA. I felt comfortable with him and his diagnosis of my foot pain. The consultation was all verbal. A year after seeing him, the pain in my foot re-surfaced. In retrospect, I believe if he had X-rayed my foot or asked to have an MRI done, perhaps the root cause of the pain could have been better determined. Nevertheless, Dr. Vines is knowledgeable and for common foot ailments, I highly recommend him.

I arrived for consultation, and sat in his chair just to take note, he had to check me since I am diabetic and what was my surprise and he only told me to massage with a bottle and I came back in a month, I am so angry…. I do not plan to return to consult with him, I will look for another podiatrist

I’ve gone to him over the years for issues ranging from ingrown toenails to big toe joint surgery. Always professional and friendly. Easy to communicate with.

Great experience. Received help and an appointment immediately for my issue. I hate needles and procedures. Dr. Vines was gentle, considerate but quick and precise to numb my toe that was injured. He removed a badly infected ingrown toe nail. He did a fantastic job! If I had to endure another removal I would have no hesitation to have it done again with Dr. Vines. His years of experience and bed side side manny to listen to my concerns put my mind to ease that I was in great hands. Staff is friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Vines!

I was a patient of Dr. Vines about 20 years ago. He removed my bunion and I’ve NEVER had a problem with it. Very happy! No more pain. Had to leave a review! 👍🏽

I have known Dr. Vines professionally for over 25 years and clinically, as a patient, for over 15 years. He is excellent in his care, knowledgeable, and has integrity. I highly recommend him for any of your foot concerns.

Unlike the other review, I have NEVER been dissatisfied with the office staff.....Once in a great while there has been a short wait...BUT...that is because if Dr. Vines needs to give a bit more attention to a patient then planned HE DOES and generaly without makeing them return. After 10 yrs with Dr. Vines the only reason I would change is if I moved out of the area. Here is a hint....if my insurance was no longer accepted by Dr Vines, I would still come here paying out of my own pocket, the service is that good. H.Harrison

Although I found Dr. Vines extremely knowledgable and helpful, his office staff was not friendly and sometimes rude. The office has a circus-like atmosphere, is noisy, and fairly unruly. The examining room I was in was dirty; paper and a paper clip was on the floor. A drug salesman was conducting business with the office help, complete with jokes and frivolity...very unprofessional.
