THE WORST DRS OFFICE EVER!!! FROM THR FRONT DESK TO THE OFFICE MANAGER. COULD NOT ACCOMMODATE A PATIENT THAT WAS SEEN IN THE ER! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE OFFICE!!!!!!

I don’t have a issue with the doc because I don’t know him well he my mother doc but I do have a issue with after hour operator who is very rude talk over me without letting me explain or even addressed the issue I put my phone away from my ear and I can still hear her talking loudly when I finally asked her twice to please calm down and not to be rude to me I was calling and we got them for my mother hell on a Saturday and she did not let me talk at all I would love for them to pull the tape because I know this call was being Record it if you had a bad day and it’s because you’re working on the weekend we all do work on the weekend but there is no reason to be disrespectful and rude to someone I was trying to search for help from my mother I say Monday I will call and I do want this lady whoever was on the phone to get written up for it or whatever they got to deal with it

Terrible Doctor, after going for a several pain on my back that was making my body lean really bad, and was already 3 weeks, he just look at me and prescribe me pain killers, I asked how can you prescribe me with out knowing what’s wrong with me, his answer made me very upset, he said I go for assumptions, I don’t think doctors spend many years studying to assume what’s wrong with you, Then I requested an X-Ray trying to find out what my problem was, he denied a couple times until I got a little upset and demand for X-Rays, well I decided to go to a specialist and after an MRI that the doctor didn’t had a problem putting the order for, we found out that i had a herniated disk, and this Alcocer because i can’t call it a doctor was just giving me pain killers,

Dr. Alcocer has always been caring and a good listener, as well as through and competent.

Terrible Doctor. No bed side manner, does not spend enough time with you. Good luck getting an appointment. Even with an appointment wait time is terrible. Too many patients scheduled at one time. In a hurry to ses them all and get them in and out. This should speak to the quality of care once you are seen.

Dr. Alcocer is very knowledgeable and has a very kind and caring demeanor. He is a very skilled diagnostician and I have every confidence in his ability to understand what is going on with me whenever I don’t feel well.

Going to this office is the worst experience I have ever had sitting under a doctor's care. You wait forever to see the doctor, (if you wait 1 hour you have done well), then when you get in to see the doctor you are rushed out! No bedside manners what so ever. I found out that I had an illness through a card that was mailed to me in the mail. I had no idea what it was! I thought they would at least call me. I had to do my own research on line to find out what it was. I am currently looking for another doctor.

My name is Nora and I have been treated by Dr. Alcocer since 1987. Over the years he has been very professional and he treats his patients with knowledge and respect. I am very comfortable and I trust him with all my health issues. I assure that he is a doctor I have never leave. I would recommend his services to anybody because he is a great doctor as well as a very honest person. Thank you Dr. Alcocer!

Every time my grandmother went to this dr her appointments were longer than 3 hours. The final straw was when he misdiagnosed her "rash" prescribed her an anti-fungal medication without even looking at what she was complaining of she ended up in the hospital for 9 days with a sever infection cause she trusted her dr. Even worse is rudeness of his staff when we had to reschedule her follow up for his misdiagnosis cause her surgeon could only see her that day to make sure she didn't need a third surgery his staff said the next appointment wasn't until 45 days later even though she needed to be seen when we said just cancel it we won't be coming back the receptionist said whatever and hung up!!! Please don't use this dr!!!
