It’s wrong on so many levels to refuse to see patients due to not being vaccinated against Covid in person. Facts wether you have the vaccination or not you get sick. The doctors in the office are disloyal to their doctor code and patients to put such a rule. The staff is as stated short and rude. My family and I will be taking our business elsewhere.

I recently called to schedule an in-person appt and was told Dr. Neira could not see me because I am not vaccinated against Covid. Are you kidding me??! What kind of medical professional would decline services to a patient for not being vaccinated?Dr. Neira is a great doctor but unfortunately, I had to switch to another clinic where they are willing to see me in person. This is just ridiculous and inhumane.

The staff here is very poor in customer support specially in this crucial time of needing health support no one seems to want to take responsibility there very short with you, don't seem to want to simply listen never calls back specifically dr. pleitiz is team I hate to be leaving this review and gave it some time to see if anything would change but just seems to be getting worse. they prescribe medications without knowing if you need it

I give a 5 STAR review to my healthcare provider: Doctor Sergio Neira, who has gone beyond the call of duty to diligently seek the root cause of my autoimmune disease. He is responsible for accurately diagnosing, treating plus and referring me to right professionals for further treatment. He is respectful, funny and humane. After 15 years of severe inflammation and misdiagnosed complications, I finally have peace of mind and have successfully managed to live life in better health.Not all illnesses are curable/treatable, like mine, but I have learned to manage my condition and avoid ups and downs.

Terrible medical group. Doctor Alcocer is so rude and we felt like he wasn't engaged at all with his patients. Stay away from this practice. Super unprofessional.

I don’t have a issue with the doc because I don’t know him well he my mother doc but I do have a issue with after hour operator who is very rude talk over me without letting me explain or even addressed the issue I put my phone away from my ear and I can still hear her talking loudly when I finally asked her twice to please calm down and not to be rude to me I was calling and we got them for my mother hell on a Saturday and she did not let me talk at all I would love for them to pull the tape because I know this call was being Record it if you had a bad day and it’s because you’re working on the weekend we all do work on the weekend but there is no reason to be disrespectful and rude to someone I was trying to search for help from my mother I say Monday I will call and I do want this lady whoever was on the phone to get written up for it or whatever they got to deal with it
