Dr Duong has great interpersonal and communication skills. He immediately established a rapport between us by asking questions and genuinely appearing interested in my responses. He patiently answered any questions I had and appeared to value my input. If he wasn’t certain of the answer to a question I had, he let me know that too, which reaffirmed his professional credibility with me. Dr. Duong appears to have the skills to excel as a physician.

I had a follow-up visit today with Dr Duong who acts as my PCP. He suggested and explained a treatment plan that makes sense and asked for feedback after a couple of weeks to see if we needed to adjust plan. I really like that he is professional, personal, attentive and considerate. I would highly recommend Dr Duong!

I really like Dr. Victor Duong. Friendly, knowledgeable (or knows how to get to the info), responsive and helpful. You can tell that this guy cares a lot about doing his job the "right way", and it's refreshing since I gave up on most doctors 10+ years ago.

Appts were running a bit behind today BUT my experience with this office is one late patient ripples out across the schedule add yet I always get quality attention from the staff and Dr. Duong. I’m fine to wait when necessary and never feel like I’m rushed out when I do.
