Siang Lo's Online Review Report Card

Dr.Lo has been my doctor for almost 10 years. She is wonderful! She is kind, caring, knowledgeable and thorough. I am grateful to have found her.

I recently joined Dr. Lo's practice along with a number of my friends. We are absolutely delighted with her and her whole office especially her office manager Deana. Dr. Lo was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and took time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

Terrible Doctor... typically only ask single minded questions... has ABSOLUTELY NO CONCERNS for family members who care for her patients.. i.e. she VERY QUICK TO ASSUME THERE IS ABUSE or neglect. Very poor doctoring for sure!!! Only asks basic questions and has the weakest level of follow up. NEVER ASKS ABOUT THE FAMILY MEMWBERS WHO SUPPORT IN A POSITIVE MANNER. ONLY DIRECTS HER PATIENTS TOWARDS WHAT ISNT WORKING W FAMILY!! TERRIBLE DOCTOR... HER LICENSE SHOULD GE T REVOKED

Call to office: Deanna was RUDE--she seemed to get joy of telling me --Dr. Lo is not taking any new patients...talking fast and obviously wanted to end my call. She then proceeded to tell me....AND She is a concierge doctor! I stated, Yes, I am aware, that is why I have called ....Deanna had NO CONCERN for me...simply wanted to end the call---Call back in April is what she said. I am truly interested in Dr. Lo. However, I will not call back as long as this rude individual is at the office....onward to looking into another doctor.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Lo. I feel like I have a brilliant, kind and thoughtful caregiver.

I find PG Family Medicine to have a very professional, kind, and considerate staff from the moment you walk into the door. Whenever I have called they always try to get me in as soon as possible and are concerned about my health. When I leave messages for the doctor, I get a quick response via email or a phone call. I have been going there for years now and plan to remain a patient for years to come.

I can't speak to the care you'll receive here, but if you're treated anything in office like you are out of office then I wouldn't suggest this place. After mistaking their parking area as patient parking for the chiropractic office directly in front of their building, I was chased after by a woman who works in their office. She verbally berated me, insinuated that I was stupid, and was absolutely disgusting and callous. I stood there with my two toddlers not hardly able to get a word in and continuously apologizing. For the record, there were plenty of other parking spots and even more open after I left. I pray that patients don't have to deal with that woman on a day to day basis. I can only assume that that behavior is an issue throughout the office though.

I had no visit with Dr. Lo because her information on-line is incorrect. Her info says she accepts Medicaid. She does not. She is also a Concierge doctor which is mentioned nowhere on her site. Very disappointing. So the website has incorrect information and the first thing a patient is asked when calling the office is "What insurance do you have?".. This doesn't speak well for this practice. ...

Very caring,love her patient.She treat her patient like her own family.

Giving one star because lack of transparency on website, which does not mention this is a "concierge doctor" until you call. Phoning is a waste of time, unless you can afford $850 per year on top of your regular insurance co-pays and the lot.
