Julie Ma's Online Review Report Card

This is the worst medical practice I've ever been associated with. They do not want their patients to get better. They don't care. They want to gauge you for $1700 per year and not respect you. Crystal in particular is the worst. She is rude and demeaning on the phone. I am sick. They don't care. They have a real "F" you attitude. What a disappointment. Stay away.

Exceptional doctor. Caring, responsive, knowledgeable.

Dr. Ma is a very good doctor. I feel very cared for and safe and comfortable with her. She has a great staff and a beautiful office.

I have seen Dr. Julie Ma for years. I was recommended by a friend who told me that Dr. Ma had caught her cancer and saved her life! Dr. Ma has been compassionate and very thorough with her exams. She agreed to take my daughter as her patient just before she was 18 years old, and she has been incredibly helpful and kind with her as well. We are fortunate that we have such a wonderful and caring doctor in Pacific Palisades.

Terrible ... needed to renew sleeping pill, doc could not "fit me in" for over a week. Could not make apptmnt to see a colleague. Totally did not give a Sh!t. If you don't sign up for her concierge look out. Both my wife and I left her practice and now couldn't be happier with a real human being PCP.

This is a long-overdue review for, inarguably, the best physician I've ever had. I have been seeing Dr. Ma for about 15 years for both general medicine and routine gynecological care. Having been to numerous physicians over the years before finding Dr. Ma, I would never think of going to anyone else. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable, extremely approachable, genuinely caring, and, most importantly, a terrific diagnostician. Having had worked in a large health facility for many years, I'm somewhat familiar with what good clinicians are like, and she is first rate. My young adult daughter has been seeing Dr. Ma since her teenage years, and shares the same confidence and appreciation for this wonderful doctor.As a bonus, it's comforting to know that if or when Dr. Ma may not be available, the other physicians in the office are all excellent. Additionally, their support staff are extremely kind, and Lonnie and Niakii at the front desk go out of their way to be accommodating and helpful.A great medical office!

If your looking for a GREAT doctor.....look no further than Dr. Julie Ma. I have been a patient of Dr. Ma's for over 27 years and would never go anywhere else. She is knowledgeable, very thorough, kind and really takes the time to listen to you. You can join their Concierge Care service which is completely worth the extra money. As part of this service, you can email your doctor at any time of the day or night and will usually get a response if not immediately within a hour or so. It is a great form of communication which can ease your mind about something that might be going on with you, without having to make a trip to the office. I absolutely love it! The office staff and nurses are wonderful, always willing to help, greet you with a smile and are gentle when taking your vitals or blood work. If your looking for an Internal Medicine/Woman's Health doctor, please do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Ma...I promise you won't be disappointed.

Best primary care physician I've ever had.

When someone I know is looking for a Doctor, I give them the office number and tell them to see Julie Ma. She has been my doctor for several years now and I would never go to anyone else. Julie is one of the nicest people I have met and she takes time to sit and talk with me everytime I see her. Not only is she a great doctor, but, is a wonderful person. I love the fact that I can go to her for everything...it's my one stop doctor visit.The nurses and staff there are all very nice and always greet me by name when I arrive. Parking is easy and just right out in front of the office.Finding a doctor who takes the time to explain things, go through all your test results, answers any and all questions you have along with being friendly and knowledgeable is not easy these days so I am grateful to be a patient of Julie Ma.
