Dr. Jennifer Hui Md's Online Review Report Card

I had a condition of the eyelid known as Ptosis, which Dr Hui was able to correct along with a lower bleph. I am extremely happy with the outcome and loved working with Dr. Hui. She is very personable and addressed all my questions and concerns.

I did research on finding a doctor that I could trust to do my Four-Lid Blepharoplasty. I was fortunate to find Doctor Hui. My surgery was a success. I no longer have bags under my eyes, and I now feel more confident when out in public. I did not experience any pain during or after the surgery. I strongly suggest that you choose Doctor Huy for any eye surgery that you may require.

My visit went well with Dr. Hui and her staff. She recommended eyelid surgery due to my vision tests. Shortly after surgery was scheduled for my eyelids. Everything with the surgery and my eyelids went very well. Thank you Dr. Hui.

I'm happy with the results of my eyelid surgery. I appreciate that Dr. Hui's staff called me prior to my surgery date to ensure I had gotten the necessary blood work done and to make sure we were still on track. I also appreciated their post-surgery check in via phone. During that phone call I was able to mention a concern of one eyelid being more swollen than the other, was able to get photos to the doctor, and I received feedback within a few minutes. Thank you!

Pretty amazing really, I gave the doctor a picture of what I looked like 30 years ago and she made it look exactly like that with virtually no trace anything was done.

Dr Hui and her team were efficient, kind and professional throughout my experience. Additionally, Dr Hui took the time to get enough medical evidence to eventually lead to the correct diagnosis , which was outside of her scope. She took the time to contact the specialist herself, and made a “warm” transfer. Dr Hui, Nyvia and Irene, thank you all so much!

I feel like I was botched. I saw Dr. Hui for ptosis concern. Went in hoping for surgery of one eye but Dr. Huí said I needed surgery on both. I feel like my eyes were left looking worse. As another reviewer mentioned, my concerns post-op were also dismissed and attributed to the healing process. Almost a year later still not happy with the results. I can confidently say my concerns weren’t part of the healing process but her work. Really sad about the whole thing.

Spent money on the doctor visit and left with no new information as to what could be causing the issue or how to go about treating it. was told to come back for another consult at another time… paying AGAIN for something I should have received help with after paying the first time.

Awful. I was basically scolded and sent home with no help towards my concern.
