Front desk is terrible. Those women are bitter and ugly inside. Dr Ramos is good, only thing is appointments are far out.. The receptionist is likely to give you the wrong appt, so ask for the appt date on a printed paper or you're gonna have to wait another 2 months for the next availability

Wish I could do 0 stars . Been calling for days even left a voicemail to schedule and no one has called me yet . Worse service and staff ever .

What is even the point of having a pediatrician if they can’t see your kids when they’re sick? Literally have to take my children to the ER for any sort of care if it can’t wait 3-4 weeks for an appointment.Speaking of appointments - be prepared to wait an hour or more to be seen by a doctor when you show up for an appointment. I have to take like 2 hours off of work just to take my kid to get his booster shots. I seriously hate this office.

it's really sad to notice that the doctor doesn't know the bad service her staff provides to her patients. It has taken me several calls, and the classic "can I put you on hold?" for them takes at least 10 minutes and gets to the point I have to hang up. Three calls like this and I still haven't be able to schedule an appointment for their flu vaccine! Every time is hassle to set up an appt. Doctor is okay.

Checked with our insurance to verify that the doctor was covered and then when I showed up for the appointment the ladies told me that they didn’t take our insurance and that it would be a lot more out-of-pocket I was trying to explain that it wasn’t insurance specifically tied to our employers contracts but it was a standard Blue Cross PPO so we should just have the standard in l network deductible. They said no that’s not the case because something about contracts so I left and confirmed through our insurance that they are in fact listed in network

I love Dr. Ramos, however they need to get it together in the office. Today was the second time that I’ve had a scheduled appointment yet they don’t have the appointment in the system. I drove all the way down there for them to tell me that the doctor was at jury duty. I understand that jury duty is a last minute thing however because the person I scheduled an appointment with did not put it in the system I did not get a phone call to let me know that the doctor was going to jury duty. For the last two years I have not received a phone call to confirm the appointments like I used to in the past and this makes things very inconvenient.
