On two different occasions, I have appointments with Dr. Enghelberg. On the first appointment in January 2022, I had to wait almost three hours to be seen for an injection in my left eye. Now, in March 2022, I waited in excess of three hours and finally walked out having the appointment rescheduled for two weeks later. Dr. Enghelberg seems to feel his time is of greater value than the time of his patients. I have had several injections in my eyes, due to an eye disease. At no time has ANY had me wat this long! Dr. Enghelberg feels he is entitled to schedule patients and only show up, at his leisure. This is not professional and extremely rude and inconsiderate. If you are seeking medical attention for an eye problem, I strongly suggest you contact a doctor that will value your time and keep his appointments, as scheduled. If this situation only happened once, I would be able to accept there were issues with his tardiness. But twice, totally unacceptable.
