List of Tim Richardson's Reviews
Dr. Richardson is the best. Liked everyone in the office. definitely recommend him.
Poor judgement. Poor follow up care
Very professional and not commercial-feeling. Strongly recommended.
Best Dr. in California for skin cancer care and removal. I have had 3 MOHs procedures performed by Dr. Richardson and they all turned out better than expected! He has an easy going personality and bedside manor. I would refer any and all family and friends to his care for skin cancer concerns.
I have to agree with the commenter below. Horrible surgery, horrible scar. They also tried to sell me a lot of expensive things I didn't need. A lot of doctors are referring so they get a lot of referrals back. This gets you referred to an assembly line mill, or just a bad doctor. I found one on El Paseo who sees all the patients himself and is really good.
I've had the Moh's procedure to remove a basal cell cancel on my face. Results are excellent.
Ive gone to other dermatologist in the desert, and Dr Richardson is the BEST! His office staff are very professional, and Dr Richardson was very caring before, during and after my Mohs surgery.
I went to this doctor for skin cancer surgery because my primary care told me to. I now suspect that they send patients back and forth to each other for the business. Dr. Richardson's surgery turned out horribly. I have a horrendous scar. I've since had a surgery by another dermatologist, and you can't even see the scar. His cost for the same type of surgery was a lot less too! I also found a new primary care doc who makes honest referrals.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
