Dr really does know his stuff.  Pleasant enough, just don't expect much of a warm fuzzy feeling. His staff is exceptionally courteous and helpful. At the end of the day, probably the best you'll find anywhere in the Valley.

I believe this office is poorly run and reflects a careless and irresponsible approach to medicine. In my opinion which is based on observation and experience the lack of training of the support staff is painfully obvious. When staff make errors from inexperience in using equipment the results can be dire. In my experience the doctor did not check the work of his staff and proceeded with surgeries based on incomplete and/or faulty information. In my case the damage is permanent.

My husband was recently treated by Dr. Goldban for cataracts.  The surgery was a complete success!! His "new" vision is amazing.  Dr. Goldban and his team provide outstanding care. Thank you!

Was seen by Dr. Goldban's office for an Emergency visit. They got me in same day by Trace which was awesome since I was an extreme pain- I had scratched my eye. All the staff Angela, Mary and Rebecca made it such and easy process and very welcoming. I appreciated it so much!!!

Aside from the fact that Dr Goldban is a wonderful and thoughtful eye doctor, his optician, Amy, did a fabulous job of recalculating my prescription so that I would have an easier time reading a computer screen. She was just great! You should go see Dr Goldban not only for dry eye out the other sorts of eye health problems you might have, but also for first rate eyeglass prescriptions.

I would like to thank Dr. Goldban and his entire staff, including Nora, Mary, Tracy, and Rebecca. They were all great, and very professional.  I had astigmatism and cataracts, Dr. Goldban, did an amazing job taking care of my problem. I highly recommend Desert Ophthalmology.

The initial appointments went fine despite not having modern equipment.The day of surgery the surgery center canceled my surgery. I called Desert Ophthalmology and informed them of this and was informed they would have Nora contact me. Nothing. 2 weeks later I called and spoke with Nora (also the manager). She had no information other than it had been canceled but no record of why or that I had called that day. She said she would check on it and call me back no later than the end off day tomorrow. No call. I called back the next week, Nora was on the phone but would call me right back. No call. J called this morning and  after nearly 10 minutes on hold the receptionist returned and began to say the same thing. I said no, that is what I've been told for weeks. I requested a manager or I could file  grievance with my health insurance. I was placed on hold again. After 4 minutes I disconnected  and called my health insurance. While I was on the phone Nora left me a VM to call back. No apology. I called back and disconnected after 5 minutes on hold.
