I had no response from her or the office after 3 Mychart messages, then multiple calls to her office and Nurse. I was assured each time I did speak to someone that she would be in touch that day. Again many days of no response and being told she would be in touch that day I gave up. After getting no response for 4 weeks finally I scheduled a visit, and even that appointment was delayed from its original time to the following day at 9:30 am, I finally did talk to the DR. at 1:30 pm that day. She gave no excuse or apology for the lack of communication.
