literally so unprofessional. We had an appt today for my babygirl & when we arrive it said office is closed because they couldnt come in today, yet nobody cared to call the ones with appts? so we just wasted gas etc? also the lady at the front desk has always had attitude too its disgusting shes bratty. im late on this review but this drs office is bad. the nurse i think he was though has always been nice… so he gets 5 stars. the rest though i wish i could give 0 stars lol…. theyre always late too

Dr. Cohen treated my boys like family. He was very respectable, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. He prescribed the right medication and took care of my boys issues and he also processed the referrals immediately. Lastly his staff was also very polite.

The doctors are great, but the front desk 🤬. I have never seen someone so rude (Tonya). She has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE. I would not recommend anyone to this office. I honestly don't know how she still has a job.

The doctors are extremely nice.Dr. Cohen called me himself to follow up regarding test results for my newborn. As for the front desk...She is horrible. Always extremely rude! She either needs training in customer service or to be replaced with someone that knows what they are doing. The availability is also not good considering they are working with children. No scheduling ahead and usually no availability within the same month. Hopefully those things improve...but we have been much happier elsewhere.

Don’t even waste your time. Facility was filthy. I had to fill out 10 pages of first time patient paperwork. Waited for 55 minutes to be called back by someone who didn’t even look like he worked there. No one was wearing scrubs which I thought was weird. We never saw the Dr. and a nurse practitioner with stains all over her shirt could barely answer any of my questions or concerns. I was told my son needed to see a specialist/cardiologist but they never followed up and called me with the referral like they said they would. I will not take my son here again.

My daughter has grown up with Dr. Cohen. She has been his patient for 15 years now. She was born with extensive portwine stains on her head, neck and back. He has completely removed them from her face. Has helped eliminate her eczema from her back, thanks to getting that portwine stain so light. Can't do much about the one on her head but the medication he has come up with is awesome. She follows up ever few years now for treatment to lighten and treat any new hemangiomas that pop up. He is caring, takes the time to talk to us. I think my daughter knows the ins and outs of his laser setup by now and at one point was considering a career is peds derm. So, all these negative comments I find hard to believe, my daughter was born with 1/4 of the back of her body looking like a giant purple ink spot. All the doctors at birth, had me flipping out thinking she was going to be both physically and mentally disabled, if she survived. Dr. Cohan was one of the 3 doctors on her team that got called in, that gave me hope and he started treatment at about 1 month of age. She is perfectly health happy teenager, competitive athlete and straight A student. Another of my daughter just developed a hemangioma, she will be going to him as soon as this Covid crisis is over.

The last doctor look like he pooped his pants, shirt was filthy and he gave a medication AFTER he told me there was NO INFECTION.NEVER GOING BACK.Dr Cohen and Dr Munch is never there anymore.

I would not recommend this place to anyone .took my son cuz he been having a lot of pain on his leg. And bloody nose about every day. And I've been worried because my son got hit by a car a few years ago. So I took him to be. seen.and this dr took no more then 5 minutes to talk to me when he said he is fine dont worry he's just growing and started walking out of the room .
