Dr Russ is the best Doctor in the world he honestly truly cares and goes above and beyond.i have used so many docotors but not one like this that can treat my issues no problem. I highly recommend dr Russ and Cynthia they are Such great people.

I had my first appointment yesterday and I was very impressed by Dr. Russ and his staff. I really like that he is not part of the industrialized medicine that I have experienced elsewhere in Palm Springs (Eisenhower system, I am looking at you.) Dr. Russ is the only doctor in this small and friendly practice. The office is in a beautiful building with dedicated parking and in a convenient location. His RN is very personable and I was so pleased to see that Dr. Russ employs his own phlebotomist (also a very nice person) to draw blood. Many practices in town just put in an order for the blood work and then you have to make another appointment at a blood draw clinic, wait in the lobby there, etc. Here they do it the old-fashioned way--they draw the blood immediately right there in the practice. Dr. Russ spent a lot of time with me, did a thorough exam, asked me lots of questions and really listened to the answers. Then he asked me if I had any MORE questions. The whole experience was refreshing and encouraging.

Doctor himself was great. Everything else about the office is terrible. The office manager looks and sounds like a homeless person. They told me to come for blood work on a given day and then they couldn't do it. Next time, they told me they realized they don't take my insurance (Healthnet) for tests. Problem is, they had already done a urine test, and I was stuck paying for it. Then the front-office woman flat-out lied that they never told me they take my insurance.

I felt as though Dr. Russ really heard me when I described my deepening depression and need to interrupt the familiar progression by beginning TMS therapy. He was warm and accepting. He facilitated my entering the TMS program and for that I am extremely grateful. This is a truly humane and sensitive doctor.
