Dr. Le is the best dentist I've ever had in 60 years. I've been to many dentist and have never felt so safe and taken care of. That's a big deal for a senior. Dr. Le found my dental issue in minutes and had a plan of action ready and affordable. I went in this morning for oral surgery and was treated like family. Called the office for a new patient apppointment promotion $59. I was told I was ineligible and my fee would be $109. Not sure why but I had asked what their fees were for certain common procedures such as crowns. They refused to answer. Upselling is their strategy once they get you in the chair apparently. Fees remain SECRET.

No reason given for the disparity and, worse, a refusal to discuss fees for common procedures such as crowns. They're likely attempting to UPSELL once you're in the chair.
